Yea it dose suck alot. He was the reason i started watching the news he was a down to earth country guy and he had fun with the weather and no matter what kind of mood everyone else was in he was happy and i will miss him alot and i am a 22 year old man.

I'll miss Tim he was always in a great mood. He really seemed to connect with his co-workers. Loved his crazy ties, hope channel 4 didn't can him if so may need to switch to another station!

I agree. She gives the impression she thinks she is better than anyone on set with her..I miss Tim..Where did he go?

i have to admit he was crazy, but we need that early in the morning. i hope channel 4 did not do some bonehead move. overall they are my favorite station, but i would change if tim got mistreated.

Ross was the best. He could always make me laugh and was down to earth kinda guy. I wish him much success in the future. Ross you will be missed

Timwas a freshstarteach morning. With so much negative crap in the news all the time (yea I know - bad news sells) it was nice to have some light hearted humor. If you wanted stuffy in your face news and weather you could select any other channel (which is what those who thought Tim was an idiot should have done). Two things no one can take from you - your sense of humor and your dignity - those have to be surrendered, thank goodness Tim was unwilling and did not sell himself out by bowing to the rigid format of a funeral director style.

Tim was refreshing in a world that needs all it can get. If Channel 4 Management thinks "fun" and "people" are not in demand they are not in touch with reality and it is they that should move on.

I went to this blog and I couldn't find where he explained anything. I've been watching Tim for seven years or so. We couldn't get Channel 4 on cable here so when I switched to satellite I was able to get it again. I agree with the comment on Nancy Van Camp. She comes on as "better than thou" around her co-workers. I think she's "mediocre" as a weather person at best. If Tim's gone, I'm going back to Channel 5 for my morning news. I like Leland too.

I really enjoyed Tim Ross in the morning and even better at noon with Holly. They seemed to work together so well. I think Holly misses him too. The midday show in just not the same without Tim.

I am sorry I went to Tim's blog and saw nothing of his leaving. I miss Tim's old-ball humor and would like to know what made him leave so abruptly.
