Are Tennessee Courthouses Madhouses, or What?

Tennessee courthouses ARE madhouses.
That doped up judge in Knoxville tried those horrific murderers, Jerome Cobbins, et. al., for the bloody slaughter of that nice young couple in Knoxville and desecrating their bodies. So the convictions were set aside because the judge presiding was comatose during the trial from high dosage units of Oxycontin and other opiates.
Now here's another irreconcilable judgment by a Knox County judge, and the judge's secretary says that all the judges are doing this. And it is absolutely insane! Here it is:
A drama queen in her mid-thirties needing her heart balmed runs to the domestic violence clerk in the Knox County Courthouse and files several whacked out paragraphs of psychobabble about a man she's angry at. He has rejected her romantic advances, and if you were to read what she wrote with such terrible English for a college grad that you wonder where in the hell she went to college, you'd just be shaking your head in wonderment and aggravation, as I did.
Anyway, I am familiar with Tennessee's statutes and caselaw which were drafted as a sort of progeny of VAWA (The Violence Against Women Act) to protect women at risk for violence or stalking. But that didn't happen here. It looks from her complaint that the two neighbors just had some unfriendly words, which she initiated.
And that is just exactly what the judge found. He said she had not made out a case for a Protection from Abuse Order --AND HE DISMISSED HER COMPLAINT. Now here's what boggles my mind and yours too because what the judge thereafter did was insane. He taxed the innocent male defendant with the costs! The defendant is obliged to pay about $300 in court costs because of this bloviating woman's frivolous and malicious lawsuit which was dismissed. And what really rubs salt into the man's wounds is that the texts she said he sent her, and the email she said he sent her, do not even exist. She lied under oath. So she perjured herself, and even with her perjury she failed to state a claim upon which relief could be granted.
This defendant is 40, works hard for a living, and makes such a small salary he cannot even afford a car. Why should he pay the costs of court when the plaintiff is responsible for them?
I found a withdrawn bill in the TN legislature where a member of the House of Representatives and a member of the Senate tried to get legislation passed to tax the plaintiff with the costs when she loses, and to order her to pay the defendant's attorney fees, but the bill failed. Maybe the bill would have stood a better chance if the legislation merely required the plaintiff to pay the costs if her case was found to be without merit.
At any rate, the defendant plans to move to set aside the order taxing him with the costs, and in the alternative, to appeal to the Tennessee Court of Appeals.
And I am organizing a boycott of Tennessee. That's right. If Tennessee cannot behave and stay within the bounds of our beloved United States Constitution and the Bill of Rights, the whole damn state should be SHUNNED!

Tennessee court houses are dens of misandry, money-loving(greed) and hypocrisy. This state has the blood of many innocent men and children on it's hands. It shall reap what it has sown
