I was recently dropped from my 18 month dui school, and i went to court to be allowed to re-enroll...i am 5 classes away from being done, but when i went to court they had no record of me ever even signing up, needless to say i proved that im up to speed on everything. This process took so long that I couldnt wait around after court for the paper work because i had to be at work...the lady told me to come down next week topick it up, but now there is another bench warrant for my arrest!! Im going down tomorrow as i originally intenede but im trying to figure out what they will do to me...all i need is the paperwork so i can go to my school pay the 50$ and get re-enrolled.

Really, was the DUI really worth it or would the cab fare home or to her (?) place have been a better solution in the long run than trying to drive ,KNOWING that POPO was out there watching?

Damnit, do I really have to agree with Thomas on something?
I agree, you should have called a cab and you wouldn't be dealing wth this.
I hate always having to tell the truth.

This link doesn't work for me. Is this the video where the young man won't roll down his window for the trooper?

Yes, were are you Thomas? Are you confused about me agreeing with you, and don't know who to argue with now? If I feel that way, it must be illogical stoned thinking and you could not possibly agree with a stoner on anything, right?
Maybe he is planting some fruit trees for me, it is that time of the year. I really like apples too, Thomas.
I can't wait to buy out Thomases' estate.

The DUI checkpoints are catching more than drunk drivers. When a person rolls down his window and the stench of pot pours from the car and is detected by the officer, it's grounds for a search of the vehicle. People expect checkpoints at New Years, Christmas, Memorial day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, etc., but this year St Patrick's Day checks nailed a lot of unsuspecting people for both alcohol and MJ. getting caught for something that you knew better really takes the festive edge off the evening.

To a cop, everything smells like marijuana. They have been arguing this as a generic reason to search for decades . My answer to 'can I search your vehicle' is always 'no'.'I will wait while you get a warrant' is my last thought right after I exercise my right to remain silent. Cops hate it when you understand and demand your constitutional rights, it makes their job as a legally protected thief more difficult.
But stoned drivers are easy to spot. They are driving the speed limit, and always coming to a complete stop at stop signs.
Over attentive, and hyper vigilant.

Who would have thought that we would see the day that it would be easier to drive through the Brandenburg gate than down a U.S. highway.

And they wonder why tourism is down. Funny.

I have seen cannabis that smells floral. I have seen bud that smells skunky. Camphor, kerosene, super-sugar crisp cereal, coffee, cat-piss, moldy, all these and more. There is no 'smell of marijuana'. This is the same as doing away with the right to be secure in their persons and possessions. But erosion of rights shouldn't be a problem for law-abiding citizens, right?
Until they come for you.
