what is this world coming to when people have to kill one another over stupid crap these days. then people blame the gun or baseball bat in this case instead of the person. the base ball bat didnt chouse to kill that person it was the man that used the bat that killed the person.
just like the government wants to take are guns away from people and say we dont have the tight to have a gun if want one. you know what its not the guns that kill people its the people behind the guns that kill people. their is enough blood sheed by other objects that kill people on a daily basis that we dont hear about, that probably no one will hear about thats because the government dont want the people to hear it. people are killing people every day. its got to stop at blaming inanitmait objects on killing people.

No one kills someone on accident. If you are mad a pick up a baseball bat and hit someone, I think that is an indication that you are intending harm to that person. I sure wish I was on his jury. 1st Dregee Murder, when he picked up the baseball bat, he had the intentions on violence, hurt or kill. Where is our justice in this goverment.

This guy committed murder. Afer admitting it and all the evidenance, he should be sentenced to live with bail; or the death sentence. No one deserves to die no mattter what they did. The judgments are fair, as a eye for an eye, God will give him his day in court one day.

The sentence this monster will receive after this life will far surpass any sentence man can give him. I thank the attorneys, jury and judge for seeing the truth and fighting for Charles. As we heal, the monster will get worse as he suffers in a concrete hell. The bars are now his friends and the reaper awaits its moment to strike. Hell is the ultimate sentence and for that there is no parole. Suffer heavily Rittenberry for that is your sentence.

This guy may have been charged and convicted of murder but he is finally paying for all of the crimes that he has committed in his lifetime that he got away with. It took almost 3 decades but justice has finally been served here for his former victims. I hope the SOB rots in jail.

History repeats itself....Enjoy the concrete HELL, the one awaiting you is ETERNAL! Take another pill...oh yeah, you don't get narcotics in prison! Maybe your dumbass shouldn't have been fk'd up and walked out in front of that car. I hope you ache and are in horrible pain everyday you breathe. How's that prison diabetic food? Bet you'd like a pork loin huh? I made one the other day and thought of you with every savory bite!
