Had it not been two police officers she would not have gotten the sentence she received. There is two different standards 1) When it involves law enforcement 2) when it involves the regular public. Case in point, the officer that ran over the little girl in Murfreesboro. He was going over 70 miles an hour in a residential area , had whiskey bottles in his cruiser and then tried to dispose of the evidence. Then went to a Mapco to get some Gatorade and some diauretic to help get it out of his system. His sentence O , nothing, zilch. Tell me what is the difference.
She was being persued by the police, that is why they were laying down spike strips. She could have stopped and taken her medicine for auto theft, but she chose to kill two people, officers or not. From what you wrote, it seems like you feel officers are fair game.

I would like your reply to tell us if you think her sentnece should be reduced, and if so, to what?

My best friends are both of Jerry's sons. I attended Jerry's funeral and I've been to Trish's house plenty of times. This lady has no remorse whatsoever about what she's done, what she's taken. I agree with Trish that she has nothing but time and is going to take every chance to not take responsibility for her actions. I hope she never gets a trial and spends the rest of her life in prison. Not because she hurt my friends and family but because she is an outright evil person and she deserves what she gets regardless of how I might be connected to a victim. I hope she burns.

The stolen car she was driving didn't "collide" with the two officers. She DELIBERATELY drove it into them at around 90 m.p.h. with the intent to do great harm or kill. These officers were already standing off the side of the road when they were hit. It was murder - pure and simple. She should never see the outside of prison walls. I suppose it was because of her age at the time that they didn't give her the death penalty, but it certainly would have been appropriate. God bless the families of these fine officers.
God bless Fallon too. I love her with all my heart. She is NOT what she is portrayed to be.

Fallon is NOT what she is portrayed to be. She is such a loving woman. She was raised by a crackhead mom who sold her to a drug dealer to be used for sex in order for mom to get drugs....Fallon was 9. She did not deliberately kill those good men. She is very regretful. She is thriving for the first time in her life. She has no one raping her. No one beating her. Oh...did I mention that her mom put a crackpipe in her mouth when she was 9? Right after she allowed her to be sodomized by a grown man. She is my baby cousin. She has a soul. She is loved. By me. By God. I think she belongs in prison. But please I beg of you..find out the real story. Please.

For one thing, I can honestly say Judge John Wootten is a miserable no good rotten crook..he makes up his OWN laws and rules as he goes..for this reason, and knowing what I personally know, I do think Fallon was set's amazing what this judge does with attorneys outside the courtroom..however, whatever happened in Fallons's life does not excuse her for killing those police officers either..I'm sure she is regretful now, but she's not one I want loose in my community to hurt other people again..she needs to serve her time and understand she can't just walk after what all she I believe she wanted to do something else during her trial? I sure do..she didn't have a chance to do anything because Judge John Wootten and the prosecutors and her attorney already had everything planned out before her trial...and that's a sick thing just like it's sick she killed those two officers...just saying...
