Looks like this thread is being jammed again by the liberals anti-gun people who are clogging it up with meaningless posts.

That way, whenever somebody posts something that needs to be seen, the anti-gun liberals come and cover it and burry it with meaningless BS, like Missy Gurl and Silly sassy senior are doing.

No problem. Ill just keep reposting so that the message can get out...

One of the things that is in the current gun control legislation (hidden in the fine print) is yet one more secret caviat that goes like this...

Any doctor can randomly add a patient to the criminal background check system as being "mentally ill".

The doctor need not ever see or diagnose the patient by visiting or talking to them in any way.

The patient named will not know that they have been "diagnosed" as mentally ill, or even who diagnosed them.

There is no due process rights involved.

The patient is deemed guilty without a trial, or any means of redress.

Im not making this up. Here is proof...

http://www.nraila.org/legislation/state-legis ...

So, presumably, a liberal doctor with an axe to grind (or any other licensed anti-gun activist-extremist) in some far away state, can go over the internet, find conservative posters whom they dont like...and just add their names to the mentally ill rosters.

And then somebody shows up at the poor guys door and confiscates his previously legally purchased guns.

And remember, this is totally random, and the "doctor" need not ever see the patient whom they are branding.

So, how many liberal-leftist doctors out there would abuse this to just scour names at random, and add people to the list? Perhaps a sort of mass-production operation?

Would the Obama led Veterans Administration simply add all the vets names to the rolls, just because somebody in the Obama cabinet wanted them to?

All to remove peoples second amendment rights without having any lawful reason to do so?

Remember the newspaper in NY that published the names of all the gun owners?

What would prevent some leftist-extremist from just going down the list and adding every single name on the gun registry to the "mentally ill" lists?

That is the sort of stuff thats in the current gun bill.

Why would any American Senator (especially a Republican) vote for this tyrannical law?

The devil is in the details.

You and Linda should get along well together. The moment you aren't center of attention or controlling a thread you become bitter. News Flash. No one has to discuss only what you want to discuss we are free to post whatever we wish.

Your right, you can post whatever you wish.

But there is a difference between what you can do...and what you should do.

If you know that people (all over the state) are trying to have serious discussions about an important topic, then you should respect that.

Here is one of your own posts (# 9090)

"Why have you resurfaced lady bug? We had hoped you had found a man to occupy your wretched life. Give Spy a call and let him talk about peeing on you naked again.

That's all..."

This thread is on every topix in every community in Tennessee. Many thousands of people are trying to follow a serious issue.

One can be respectful of others, or one can be a rude and inconsiderate jerk.

The choice is between what one can do, and what one should do.

That my darling is called freedom. I find your postings a complete bore and waste of anyone's time to even respond to. The most interesting post you have made was the one I'm replying to and most likely it's because you have used some of my fun and entertaining post to make your point.

If you had asked nicely I may have allowed you to commence with your boring post but since you made the decision to attack other posters you can kiss my azz. I'll post much more severe and more often now.

Thanks babe for pointing out it bothers you. I'll make sure you have more post to get bothered by.

Any questions hon?

Nobody interested in all that NRA Bull Crap that you're getting paid to post. We've heard it all before and it's
all a bunch of malarkey and we all know it, whether some of us will admit it or not.
And BTW, I am a Guns Rights Supporter, but I am not an NRA Supporter because that are a Lobbyist Group that do nothing but spread Lies and represent the Gun Manufacturers, not the Gun Owners. They just use the Gun Owners to help the Gun Manufacturers make a bigger Profit, so the NRA can collect a Bigger Fee from them for their Lobbyist Work. The NRA is all about MONEY, not Gun Owners' Rights! If there wasn't money in it for them, they wouldn't care whether you had any Rights or not!
And you never did answer whether or not, you're one of their paid Operatives, which I think you are!

On rare occasions we agree on some issues. This particular issue we somewhat agree on. While much of what you wrote is true about the NRA I believe that it serves a need. All of these gun control issues have gotten way out of hand and the rights and liberties of our people are being destroyed and I firmly believe there is a government motive here.

If someone is on your private property that's your responsibility to report it to your local authorities dear. That has nothing to do with the gun control issues.

If that's the Holocaust Survivor, let me ask you this...why don't you wait until SOMEBODY is even TALKING about taking your Guns, because NOBODY is! Why can't you get that through your thick skull?
The ONLY ones talking about it, is YOU and Paranoid People like you, NOBODY ELSE!

And you're hurting the Gun Advocates by doing it, because you're going to keep doing it until some Numb-skull Congressman may finally think that since you People are already convinced of it and won't shut up about it, that they just might as well go ahead and do it...and then, you're sunk!
Your words and actions are working TOWARD causing the very thing that you claim you don't want to happen!
As long as NOBODY ELSE is talking about it, shut up and let it die! DUH!
And another thing, by constantly acting and talking like it's a done deal, when it hasn't even been suggested, you only causing the Anti-Gun People to get more furious and increasing their numbers, which in turn will cause them to put more pressure on their Congessmen and may bring about the very thing you claim you don't want...and it will be your own fault!
You're playing right into their hands and you can't even see it!

Some consider the past in their thinking processes, some the future, but some consider only their own perception of the present and what's expedient to the moment in their thinking. Which is which is obvious to all but themselves.

I heard once that almost 80% of the population is "functionally illiterate", but could never quite grasp what that meant until recently. It isn't because they can't read/comprehend, it is because they don't. It isn't a condition, it is a choice. The reason it took me so long to grasp the fact is that I just couldn't bring myself to believe such a thing about my own species.

To begin with it was supposed to be a discussion about an amendment to Tennessee law regarding hunting rights. After the amendment was passed this thread essentially became a Second Amendment discussion until it was invaded by Trolls and Drama Queens.

Those who have to work to live and eat just don't have the time to out post those who have nothing better to do all day than obfuscate the extant issues of the day by posting inanities and vulgarities. Topix isn't about to bother with this thread because it just isn't worth their time and trouble either, so there we are.

One thing is certain, this thread {whether intentionally or not} does show the mentality that elected and then re-elected the present resident of the White House, and his plucky comic relief side kick.

Hey stupid, can you comprehend? Let's hear your very knowledgable opinion on the subject. Someone like you should be placed down in Brooklyn for a day or two. Those thugs there would teach you a thing or two about how taking matters into your own hands could land you in a hell of a mess.
