Froggy pitbull, thanks for the info. I have looked everywhere around Nashville and no one has any of it. So I may run up to Kentucky this weekend. Were up there were you able to find it?
Almost all tobacco shops in joelton have it but are super paranoid about selling it to anyone because it is "illegal" make friends with one of the store people and chances are they have it.

Not completely true the law that was passed is just inforcing what they were already banning. There are some legal everywhere buds avaible. You just have to have the banned list and know the people in the loop. Several are still legal in all 50 states.

At one point that was true Sir. But, there is a statute added in T.C.A. that covers ALL sythetic marijuana, herbal insence, bath salts and ALL sythetic drugs. Be wary if anyone tells you otherwise, there is absolutely NO legal versions of it. The statute is specifically worded to include anything they put in it for the purpose of what people are using it for.

. . . and initially it was written to where we had to articulate that it was being smoked or used in other ways that it was marketed for such as using it to make your living room smell good or sprinkling it in your bath water. Now, just merely possessing it is illegal whether we can prove you injest it or not.

These synthetic cannabinoids will be used regardless of their legality, because they do not show up on urine tests for THC. The irony is, these substances kill people, unlike the cannabis plant. The same substitution has occurred in the psycadelics community; analogs including the nbomes and 2,cx classes of 'research chemicals' have a high potential for overdose. These are sold as LSD, which no one has ever died from an overdose of. If acid were legal, its content, purity, and potency would be standardized. No one would sell nbomes as acid, the end user would be assured of what they were getting, and we could profit from the taxation of it, and save tons of money on prisons to house 'criminals' guilty of a victimless crime.
