I sort of expected a childish answer like this.

It was a question you need to answer did someone else do all the work so they could get their money?

Good grief! I'm sure some of them hired people to work for them in their respective businesses. I am sure these people didn't work for free. If they did, they should have found another job. But I will ask you, did the people who did SOME of the work to help their owners build their business risk their own money in this investment? Did they help incent investors to help support the company they worked for? Were these people smart enough or responsible enough to create ideas and business plans on their own to venture out and make their own fortune? The simple answer is no, they were there to earn a paycheck. If these same people were smart enough to save more than they earned and invest properly or start a business on their own, they too had a chance at being in the 1%. People's choices in life determine their fate, not the government.

Well, who do you think pays most all the taxes? What you were saying in your earlier post was essentially you feel just because somebody works for a company they are entitled to the company's owner's money or that the owner should be taxed more so the worker can be taxed less or get more benefits from the government. I know what you are getting at. If people simply lived off what they earn and didn't depend on the government to provide whatever standard of living they are expecting and if people were taxed on what they earn fairly without the top earners paying all the taxes and the lower income earners paying no taxes, we wouldn't have this entitlement society where the rich are blasphemed and the lower wage earners depend on the government for things they should have provided for themselves. This is the reason our economy is in the gutter right now and this is the reason jobs get outsourced. With all due respect though, I realize I am not going to sway you to my way of thinking nor will you sway me. I respect everyone's right to their opinion even if I do disagree with it. I simply work hard for the money I earn and I don't feel like anyone else should feel entitled to it. I pay a lot of taxes and am proud that I can pay them. However, I also feel no one should chastise me because they believe I don't pay enough. If you don't like that tax rate upper income earners are paying, then vote for someone who agrees with you. But don't chastise me and others for making what you call a lot more money than I need. I spent many years with nothing and have earned the rewards I now get and I didn't take advantage of anyone to do it.

In her book A Distant Mirror: The Calamitous Fourteenth Century, Barbara Tuchman writes about a peasant revolt in 1358 that began in the village of St. Leu and spread throughout the Oise Valley. At one estate, the serfs sacked the manor house, killed the knight, and roasted him on a spit in front of his wife and kids. Then, after ten or twelve peasants violated the lady, with the children still watching, they forced her to eat the roasted flesh of her dead husband and then killed her.
That is class warfare.
You forgot the epilogue to the story.

After getting their vengeance, the serfs still ended up poor and they died of starvation since the knight was no longer there to employ them.

I really didn't read anymore of your long diatribe, except for the first 2 lines, that was enough for me to know that you have no idea about our Gov't System and the way it was set up from the very beginning.
Since our Tax System is set up on a Sliding Scale...don't pass out from the shock, now...the more money you make, the higher Tax Rate you're supposed to pay! Oh Lord, somebody bring the Smelling Salts for him, he's getting whoozy from the shock of learning what most People have known all their Lives!
Better? Ok, I'll continue, then...so, IF YOU MAKE MORE, YOU PAY MORE IN TAXES...there he goes again, hand me the Smelling Salts, again!
Dang, to keep the poor little delicate BOY from passing in and out of conscienceness...let me just say...IT'S A VAST GOVERNMENT CONSPIRACY TO TAKE YOUR MONEY! Now, go take a High School-Level Civics Class and come back and talk to us when you learn the fundamentals of how our Gov't. was set up centuries ago....and maybe we can talk without you passing out from the shock of leaning these NEW things!
