I think the truckers are really bad - some will try to run you over if you don't go 80 mph! However, some people in cars are pretty bad too. Everybody needs to slow down!

This is very sad...the speed limit is 60 through that area and you almost get killed if you drive 60. Truckers are getting much worse around here and NC is wants to allow larger trucks. Scary...

I'd say everyone around here is getting alot worse. The law sure ain't visible around here as when I was growing up.Haven't had a ticket in over 20 years and still drive as bad if not worse than when I was getting them left and right. Where are all our Troopers? Surely they don't just do backstreet roadblocks? get em out on the highways.

The Troopers are stretched to the max. Take a look at how many openings there are in NC for Troopers. It takes a special person to be a Trooper and perhaps that is why many people these days don't want to take the step. It is a scary world out there. I can certainly say I am not one that would be cut out for the job. They are out in the fullest capacity but unfortunately there will never be enough to take care of our roads. God Bless them all and protect them from harm.

They are out and about. I see at least 2 everytime I am out and about here in the berg of Leicester.

Ive never had a speeding ticket and dont want one.

I know a couple of them. They are really great people. They do the best they can.

Oh I'm not blaming the Troopers we have, I'm just pretty disgusted we have so much money to give away to non Americans but we can't seem to find any money to hire more of what we need in NC.LE

The troopers we have are the best around.Bless them and the work they do.Henderson County is beginning to weed out some of the as you say NON Americans and it is about time too.Buncombe needs that immigration program too.Wish it were here.Heaven opened its doors for that little boy who died.Bless his family and ease their loss comfort them in their hour of need.
