New Details In Case Of Barry Co. Man Shot, Killed By Deputies
Investigators says they are "fairly confident" alcohol was a factor in the incident leading up to Barry County deputies shooting and killed a man outside his mother's home Saturday.

so...if alcohol is involved that justifies the deputies to shoot a man down? And why do we keep telling the public that there was a domestic dispute occuring when in reality the wife called because she feared ralph was going to harm himself. His wife was not even on the property when all this occurred. Ralph was very well liked in our community. A person that would go out of his way to help you. It's hard to believe you can call the police for help and they somehow shoot the person whom the help was for. by the way...where was the new weapons the dept. purchased for stunning? We were under the impression this would stop this type of out come. oh ya....the deputies felt threatened as they hid behind there cars and Ralph walked in the wide open to the house. in the end a good man is gone and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

Bruce, He had a history of abuse..................Duh Now his wife wont have to make up excuses why she has a black eye
