Berrien sheriff to start drug interdiction program

“Our first day out we did find a little bit of marijuana. Not much but enough to get some personal use off on a young man. The dog immediately alerted to the vehicle when we got there”

Law enforcers in Nashville say a road that runs right through the county is being overrun by drugs, and it's time to do something about it. via WALB-TV Albany

the berrien county P.D. uses drug dealer to bust other drug dealers (by letting the ones that have been busted back on the street) so basicaly what good are they (B.C.P.D.) doing by bargaining with caught drug dealers and making arangments with the caught drug dealers to put them back on the street if they help catch other drug dealers? i'll tell you, to sell more drugs and to continue to pollute the county. because the ones who get to make deals with the B.C.P.D just continues to sell there drugs once they're let "off the hook". this is not justice, this is not helping the drug problem in our county at all, this is a continuing circle that needs to be stopped. if the police department really wants to make a differance they should try punishing ALL drug dealers and not just the ones who are willing to "tattle tale" on others to get out of trouble, because those are the ones who are not learning a lesson and are back on the streets laughing at the berrien county "justice system".

Bottom line is that they (the crooks)know the system and how to play it. Throw them a curve ball with some real time in prison. Georgia detention centers closing (?) praise God. We are building 1000 new prison beds in Georgia. Let them rot in prison for a while. DA/Judge needs to demand more than probation.
