They would have been higher.Thanx to Ray Neuenhoff,they were not .He has patrolled those roads of Sullivan Cty,Bethel,White Lake ,and 17B for many years.
He overseen the school buses.Watching that drivers obey the rules around them.
A lot of talk now for an Ole problem.One man ,Ray,knows how to handle this.
His experience is long and valuable.His council should be sought.
