Orrick mayor files restraining order against Sims

Hats off to the Mayor for putting a end to Sims and lies that Sims has been spreading for years about good and honest people also destroying familes.Here is a guy that loves to run his mouth and turn around and deny to have said anything who needs a law officer thats dishonest evidently no one does, Hardin No - Ray county No - Orrick No - Task Force No.
I beleive that someone else has already said once a liar always a liar.

Are you serious! Do you even know Sims? He may be a hard nose cop that makes people follow the law which is probably what got him into this situation to begin with. I think it is rediculous that the so called MAYOR can but a restraining order on someone for no good reason. Troy has a family as well, don't you think she is ruiening his life right now? You say he destroys reputations, well apparently in Orrick you base all decisions on rumors and lies. Give the man a break!

I have personally been the one of the many effected by his lies he has been starting crap for as long as I have known him.Just how much money of the task force and child services has he wasted countless dollars for the towns and county along with destroying peoples lives with his lies right along with Amy Watkins calling in a instant UA and then denying that ever happened while be questioned by a attorney both liars.He deserves what he is dishing out.You say what about his family what about the familys the bastard destroyed with lies to their family the task force and child services along with involving other officers in his twisted schemes.Carma.

He has his went to the police acadamy. He will win his law suit and you all will pay for what you say. It is slander. You should know what you speak about before you run your mouth. The paper had 90% of their facts wrong, including a lot of the Hardin Mayors comments. I did feel sorry for the town because they were going to have to pay for the mayors mistakes, but apparently they deserve to. I hope no one ever slanders a loved one of yours the way you people have mine. It is too bad he is slandered for doing his job.

Sounds like Hardin already paid cash for Sims whom lied on the application this should be enough to prove he is the liar that everyone is portraying him to be again impersonating a police officer is enough for prison and sounds like the relative could use a little anger management.Sims should stay at home put a movie on of coarse Walking Tall btw thats a stick in the movie not what Sims plays with.

You say give the man a break, did he give my family a break when he harrassed us and our family and friends. Just because we have teen-age sons and daughters.. Obviously you do not know anything. And that so called Mayor did us a favor, she got him to show his true side and he blew up and he blew it. Who is gonna challenge an old man to fight, took his badge and gun off and said c'mon.. he is a power hungry joke of an officer.. I agree Hats off to Butler and I am so glad I voted for her......DO YOU KNOW SIMS (THE REAL ONE) Are you serious.....Yeah he has a family so do all of us.....

It sounds like we are being threatened again and yes from his releative. Niceeeee, yep maybe you can tell us why he seeked help from a mental institution?
why is he such an angry person? Where did he go to the police academy at? Please tell us so, we can all understand why he is the way he is? How did he become law enforcement, why does he think he can get away with the things he has done and be above all of us others. What was the Hardin protection order about? Please enlighten all of us. Why is the ex-wife so talkative? What happened in Blue Springs? You want us to feel sorry for him, when we have gone through the harrassment and yes the embarrassment of what he has done to us and our families!

I beleive "officer" Sims or should he have the right to be called an Officer?? He harrasses young people and older people. Hes creepy and sneaky. I agree with Blade and the Comment that says So tell us please...What happened in Blue Springs? Wait, I know! I can understand if it were just kids puting him down but wake up, its not! Its the adults of 3 or 4 different towns that dis-like this man. He claims to uphold the law, I disagree. Taking one person to jail great get a drunk off the streets, right? Wrong, he let a drunk drive home without insurance while he took the other to jail. If you call yourself an officer then be one! Dont insult the rest of the real Police Officers, the ones that lay their lives on the line everyday to PROTECT US, NOT HARRASS US! I think I speak for 99% of Ray County when I say Get another job!
The comments about the mayor that were mentioned by his relatives, just goes to show that Authority and Respect mean nothing to them or Sims. I agree with the victims of Troy Sims and I agree with Administrative Leave, I also agree that someone should look into his past records and find out exactly why he wrote the tickets he did and why HE IS STILL CONSIDERED A POLICE OFFICER??
When it comes to a small town like Orrick or Harden take it easy Sims. Its not down town KC. My family has been harrassed by Sims, I can count 7 times if im not mistaken. Me being one of them! I pay taxes, I take care of what I need to and like I said small town. I went rounds and rounds with him over my dog. A dog, for the love of god. He gets lose everynow and then, what do I do I go get him. Sims is bored and instead of harrassing the citizens of Orrick, Mo. He should be re-applying to the police academy where he can once again hopefully learn what it is and what it means to have the privilege to be called an Officer!

I applause your comments! He is worthless and a waiste of tax payer money! He should take a drug test for the way he acts and performs his duties. He took his gun and badge off huh? Thats funny im surprised he knew what the gun was or his badge. well today is the day. He has court this morning against the mayor of Orrick. I wish I could be there.... I have heard rumors that the threat is, if he wins he is going to sue the City of Orrick and get back at several people. Well whatever happens, happens. If he becomes an officer again for Orrick, My family will move.... Be Strong Mayor Butler. We are behind you....

because I can't afford an attorney and when things are put inside your vehicle that were not there for the first cop to see but Sims comes right in after him and sees something. Whos word are you going to take a cops or an 19 year olds? I dont want my son and daughters future to be upsetted by anyone or anything, and he has the power to do it. I refuse to take chances with my childres lives that I cannot control with a police officer like that. so call me chicken or whatever, I have seen the set ups and people spending money they do not have just to defend thier child against something that was untrue.
beleive me I hate it that someone has the power to do that. Alot of people have already moved.
