Gov Rick Scott's drug testing

Isn't Rick Scott affiliated somehow with ownership of testing labs? Oh yes, his wife is rumored to actually own more than a few. Most State employees have not had a pay raise in almost a decade, due to not enough money in the State coffers. Where oh where did or will these tens of millions come from? And, if an employee was not advised of random testing at hiring, then was fired for a positive result...who pays for the lawsuit?
On another note, we test a welfare recipient and they come up positive, so, let's say...their aunt is then designated to claim their benefits for them. She cashes the check and drives over and gives them the money. What has that proven? And how many more employees will be required for this process? And, will we also be on the hook to pay for rehabilitation for these folks that tested positive, and the prescriptions that are involved? They will NOT be denied benefits for themselves and their children for testing positive. So, what are the savings here? Anyone? In this economy, why is this the primary concern of our Governor? Conservatives...are you paying attention? This proves nothing, potentially makes the the governor and his wife even more rich, and costs the taxpayer BIG BUCKS!!
