has he been charged? How do you know this stuff???

he has not been charged - his victims were six, seven, eight years old. They did not come forward until they were in their teen years. At least one of them has passed a lie detector test. The DA says it is very difficult to prosecute such cases. I am fearful that there are more victims. Somebody just doesn't stop doing this. That's why I feel compelled to warn people about this man's compulsion.
