It's pretty hard to feel sorry for people who were scammed during their effort to commit identity fraud.

Sounds to me like a group of scammers were scammed.

The question remains. When is Irelda Sanchez being deported? She was in the midst of a criminal act when she was "victimized". She should not be given a pass simply for calling in to report that her attempts at identity theft / fraud were thwarted.

You are right, but you and I both know that sometimes in committing a wrong which backfires on them....EVEN GETTING KILLED in their process of committing a wrong GONE EXTREMELY BAD for them, advocacy groups are right behind getting backup from even politicians for leniency or for the wrongdoer's right to sue and ofcourse this applies ONLY TO ILLEGALS!!!!

Agreed. I just went through an ID theft attempt to get a refund in my name using my SS. It took months to straighten out with the IRS, and I can't imagine what still lies ahead in other areas (DL, traffic tickets, etc.)

I think so too. If you wanted to put together a NAU, how would you do it? You just could not just announce it, you'll have to do it slow. I figure if Obama stays there'll be another part to amnesty to include other illegals.

This may help the US to finally realize they have to come down hard on illegal aliens.
