What is going on with Mayor Noak? This looks very bad and is probably why he has so few legitimate endorsements other than a bunch of low level politicians.

Is the Mayor really unemployed? Who pays for his lifestyle?

It seems like he just takes pleasure in making up things about people. That paper just wants to stir up nonsense.

Who owns the paper? I hear Mayor Noak is asking that. It looks like the Mazda of Naperville advertising has gone away. I wonder.

I just laugh every time I pick up a copy of this guys "newspaper". Seriously, I love how he goes after Chavez for that whole 1997 casino thing forgetting that the whole point of it was to try to bring revenue to the village. It was one of many ideas that have been floated and shot down.

Now he's on to Noak. Wow, maybe the mayor is unemployed - like a whole load of his constituents. Seriously, the village is running a surplus this year. That's right, it has money in the bank. How many places can say that?

We would like to know what the Mayor actually does for a job?

Mayor Noak worked for Judy Biggert, our reperentative in Congress and when he became mayor, he had to quit that job due to a conflict of interest. The Mayor position will be a full time position after the election as this was approved a year or two ago by the Village board. Who cares if he has a job? Big whoop, it probably gives him more time to do mayor stuff.

How many times does Mayor Noak have to say he is a political / govsrnment consultant? It seems to me he is doing a good job. The village hall project is under budget, village has a surplus, the village is bringing in new jobs in these tough times, and they actually seem to have a plan for redeveloping rt 53. Now he is trying to get football at lewis. What more was he supposed to do in his one year as mayor?

Mayor Noak has done more for Romeoville in one year than the 100 proof Santa Claus we had previously did in the last 10 years. I am going to support and vote for Noak. I would not use the Reporter to wipe my dog's A$$.

The burn will come soon enough and not from here. The truth is being exposed each week. John Noak don't have the guts to stand up or even call back the reporter from what I read. How long till he resigns like Dewald? Seems like its coming soon.

I can't believe Spandonidis is running again! Did he ever move to Romeoville? Must be a way for him to try and lure developers to his demolished properties on Rt. 53.

Pretty much agree with you. The appointed trustees on the ticket are not very appealing and I think we need balance in the government not just a rubber stamp.

Daily Horoscope for May 24

Libra

This is a fantastic day for using your brain with precision and accuracy. For instance, it's great for filling in a complicated form or going through some complex paperwork because you'll find it easy to concentrate on what you're doing. It's especially good for paying attention to the sort of finicky details that you normally aren't interested in but which are right up your street.
