Subject....Once more to the well... and other old phrases.
Every one most likely has heard the old phrases, like "here we go again," "Once more to the well," and of course, "doing the easy ones twice."This last phrase was once used by an acquaintance of mind who would say when asked the question,'How you doing,' would always come back with the same response, "I'm doing everyone I can, and the easy ones twice."
How refreshing it was to find someone who told the truth about what their real motivations were.
These old phrases could easily refer to the present scheme by Obama and the democrat party to get the minorities vote to allow Obama to remain in office.
The newest plan by Obama and the democrat party/ black caucus members obviously is a scheme to garner favor with the minorities and a redistribution of the wealth scheme on a grand scale.
This time a redistribution to Mexican( women) farmers could be called a 'twofers-scheme,' Obama going for the Mexican vote and also the women's vote at the same time, what a clever bit of shenanigans by the democrat party.
"As part of “a new era of civil rights” at the Department of Agriculture, Secretary of Agriculture Tom Vilsack announced Monday that Hispanic and women farmers and ranchers who believe USDA discriminated against them can file claims to get a piece of at least $1.33 billion in cash awards and tax relief payments and up to $160 million in farm debt relief, beginning this week."

"Women and Hispanic ranchers and farmers who feel the agency denied their loan or loan servicing applications because of their race or gender at various periods from 1981 to 2000 can file claims alleging discrimination from Sept. 24, 2012, to March 25, 2013, for a slice of the payout."
This isn't the first time that the Government, the USDA,Taxpayers have been the "Pinata," with the assistance of the black caucus.
There was a settlement made with black farmers called the "Pickford settlement" by the USDA. Shirley Sherrod, a USDA appointee and her husband, a civil-rights activist received a multi-million dollar settlement as part of the pigford settlement.Nearly a decade later, the Sherrods filed a lawsuit...." "the case was brought before a judge who awarded the couple and New Communities, Inc., almost $13 million ($8 million for the land,$4 million in lost income and $1 million in personal damages) in 2009."thousands of farmers missed the original Pigford deadline,"shortly after the consent decree authorizing payments was issued in 1999,(New Communities was reformed, with Shirley Sherrod placed on the Board of Directors. Claiming discrimination, New Communities filed suit against the USDA and through arbitration they were awarded an almost $13,000,000 settlement, the largest amount ever won through Pigford.)(The second largest award, at least according to the public record, was $675,000.) This included $150,000 each for Charles and Shirley for "pain and suffering," as well as $1.5 million in debt forgiveness.
"In response to a decades-long movement to re-open the Pigford class, Congress passed another $100 million in the 2008 farm bill to help settle new claims; earlier this year, the Obama administration announced an additional grant — called Pigford II — of $1.25 billion."
This was redistribution on a grand scale of taxpayers money and now once again the taxpayers have been the "Pinata,"useed to help Obama stay in office.

Nothing like a government handout to buy a vote.
No matter how they try to hide it, a person that feels the rest of the world owes there poor little butt something for some perceived wrong is just a leech on productive society.

Sad group of messed up fools that can control the destiny of this nation.

Obama the great destroyer. What a terrible anti- American mistake.

Americans have been sold a bill of goods by the leftist liberal elite, the intellectuals, that somehow todays citizens of one race owes another race for slavery that was abolished in 1808.America's only hope is that the rest of Americans will see the situation existing in this country as clearly as you do... America is in need of a dose of reality, thanks for delivering that dose of reality.

Exactly.

I do not know about you, but everyone that I talk to about the current state of affairs, are completely disgusted and yet energized to get this POS thrown out of office. I do not believe any of the polls put out there. This is a critical fight to restore the respect for our constitution and our nation.

I remain optimistic .. WE shall prevail

Yes. Everyone. What is so hard to believe? People are dejected and have been mislead by the O. I suspect after the debate tonight there will be many more asking themselves about the bill of goods they were sold the last election. We know what the big zero says on TelePrompTer. And we also now see what he is like off the TelePrompTer. He did not have the benefit of it tonight. FAIL. Absolute FAiL

You never want facts and the reality of a failed (4) years of Obama presidency to cause you to reflect on whether it would be wise to vote for Obama again..

Insanity: doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.

Lets put it this way....
maybe Romney will formulate specifics by reaching across the aisle on matters of great import, unlike Obama who insists on "my way or the highway" as in obama care (no input allowed from Republicans).

Therefore, he may only be able to articulate a general plan or policy at this time, hoping that he can reach concensus on details with the congress after he is elected.

Gee, would it not be nice to have a president who is not such an idealogue and would work out specifics with the other party for a change?

Give Obama another term and he will be even more idealogical and even more unwilling to compromise.

Yea, it's tough to imagine a world with a real American leader who is a leader not an idealogue.

But the folks that voted for Obama the first time are unwilling to face the fact that he has beeen an abject failure and therefore will not vote for anyone else.

It is what it is. Obama will continue to destroy the economy and thus the nation. If that is okay with you than vote for him again and suffer the consequences. Or change course and hope Romney can pull us back from the abyss by reaching across the aisle to negotiate as needed.

Obama hasn't been able to do it in (4) years... time to move on by replacing Obama with a President thats "For America and America's citizens," not against them....

I believe the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again. Anyone with any sense can see the current president is a hopeless failure.
But if you think we need four more years of this mistake, go for it.
Remeber the definition of insanity.

I don't recall the president giving very many specifics, and even if he did, could one believe him?
He so took care of his promises of 2008. Laughable.

What a wonderful "uniter" this ultimate divider has been.

Admit it please, you are an Obama supporter and nothing will change your stance, you would not care what Romney promised or proposed.

Follow the chosen one like the other lemmings in Illinois over the cliff, he has after all been one of the best things to ever happened to America,Right?
Sad.

You replied,"talk about blind faITH..." Isn't that what those who voted four years ago for Obama did. TIn fairness then shouldn't those same people who in" blind faith" took a chance and voted for Obama, once again, In blind faith" vote for Mitt Romney and Paul Ryan.

disagree johnny (imagine that :)) Obama clearly spelled out his plans, as did mccain. it was up to each individual to vote on that. Romney/Ryan cant tell us what they plan to do, and to me that is unsettling.

You replied,"Obama clearly spelled out his plans..." Then what your telling us is that simply because, Obama, a politician, told you what he was going to do that if a politician tells you something, you should then believe them...Obama said that his administration was going to be the most transparent administration...
"Government should be transparent. Transparency promotes accountability and provides information for citizens about what their Government is doing. Information maintained by the Federal Government is a national asset. My Administration will take appropriate action, consistent with law and policy, to disclose information rapidly in forms that the public can readily find and use. Executive departments and agencies should harness new technologies to put information about their operations and decisions online and readily available to the public. Executive departments and agencies should also solicit public feedback to identify information of greatest use to the public."

"Government should be participatory. Public engagement enhances the Government's effectiveness and improves the quality of its decisions..."

"Obama said that his administration was going to be the most transparent administration and it hasn't been...," should we, can we, still believe Obama and his administration.
