Second of all he just got convicted for stealing from his company and stabbing a co-worker, boss.
I believe he got 13 years, no getting out early for good behavior. The others only got 2 years for probably stealing hundreds of thousands of dollars.
The family lost the house. It hurt alot of people.
What happened to the others that were arrested?

As the driver that hit Doug I must say I still see his eyes sometimes when I close my eyes. I'm just glad everyone survived. Doug was never covered by a sheet he was covered by my coat as he lay on the roadway.

We were in the hosiptal at the same time. It was so sad seeing his family there and waiting to see if he was going to wake up out of the coma. the sicu is where we are all the same, praying for our loved ones. No one judges.
