Wednesday, June 29 Paraphernalia possession Steven J. Muir Jr., 22, of 57 Riverview Court, Oswego, was charged with driving with a suspended license and possession of drug paraphernalia at about midnight Wednesday at Douglas and Longbeach roads, according to an Oswego police report.

Very strange combination. Maybe the guy needed the ring to propose to his girlfriend and took the plywood to beat her with if she said no.
