Brian, I know you are aware, the thousands of victums in this scheme, invested heavly for many years...big money, getting 10-12% returns, each year? The scheme collapsed, when those investors, left there earnings (?) in for compound earnings, for years more...and all pulled out at the same time. Believe me, after living high on the hog, for 40-50 years, he has no regrets.

Brian...Where is justice served...(?) sending a 70 year old man to prision...for up to 150 years? Think a minute...is not the same, that caused the Russian Revolution...and exterminated the Romanoff family and line????

I think Mr. Bernard...at this point in life, with all he has done, for decades,is more then willing to accept his old age punnishments. He refuses to say where all that money went...! We can't do the communist things...speak up or kill the children...but we can take his children's wealth, and throw them out on the streets forever.

We are dealing with thousands of very greedy investors here, who thought they belong on the top of the world...On the seedy side...there had to have been...10's of thousands of payoffs, to make that scam work, as long and wide spread it did....Forget the investors, they all took the risks for high gains...go after and find the co-conspieritor's...who are all in for a penny to steal many dollars...and ruin them as well.
