Never believe what you read in these stories during the first MONTH, as in most cases, it's total BS. He certainly was not trying to smuggle guns home. If he is innocent of breaking any actual laws, fine; bring him to court. If he's innocent - as he says he is with all proper documentation - this is the normal muscle flexing by the BATF, and they should be sued.
