Why can't they use the Stumpy Point Range where no one lives?

I have lived very near the Nags Head Woods range for over 20 years. Have a drink and enjoy the pop-pop-pop. And rest assured the NH cops can shoot the testicles off the next guy who tries to burgle your house!

I was down on Wrightsville today about 2pm and heard the pop-pop-pop and found it more enjoyable than hearing junior's car coming down the beach road with the bass turned up full and hearing it inside my house with the windows closed. I enjoy the pop-pop-pop more than the damn garbage truck at 3am slamming the cans and ramming the garbage in tight and the squeaking breaks. Everyone can bitch about something.

The Beach Road and your garbage can don't have an alternative site 15-20 minutes from NOWHERE...

Glad they practice, and have a place...armed robberies last night. The police will come and protect you when you need it. Scary stuff going on(and it's not even the full moon yet)...they need to be prepared and I hope they aren't outgunned.
