Jobs are lost because my son is one (which by the way doesn't make much money at all) and he has a house and a small son and wife to worry about...She works also.

Wondering if maybe WE are looking at a tax increase in El Paso. Im thinking that maybe John Cook, the City Manager and Central Appraisal will be raising our property values AGAIN, followed closely by more tax increases to bail out Mr Foster. Oh, but he can just jack up gas prices anytime he wants. That might be enough, or maybe not.
