I work at a PetSense. Just a sales associate, nothing big. But something everybody needs to remember is that things are a bit more expensive because we sell quality items. You pay for what you get. We don't sell the Walmart brands of dog food. We sell dog food brands such as Nutro, Wellness, Blue, Royal Canin, etc. These brands carry no by-products, no dyes, just a really good dog food. Some people need these foods such as my dad because his lab has seizures if he feeds her a dog food with by-product. And when people come in who buy these brands, they say how happy they are that they don't have to drive an hour away to get it. We try to offer some cheaper brands such as Iams, Eukanuba, ProPac. Right now, we have a 40 lb. bag of Sportmix for 13.99 or 2 for 25. Also, we cannot be as less expensive as Walmart because we are a smaller store. The more you order of a certain item, the less expensive it is. We can only hold so much of a certain item because of limited space where as Walmart can hold much more. Hence the reason a 2 liter of soda at papa johns is 2.29 and at walmart half of that. And please take into consideration PetSense is a farely new business. And if you have an unpleasent visit, TELL SOMEONE!!! We are all about customer satisfaction! In our training we are taught to please the customer and help them as much as possible. Being a sales associate, sometimes thats all there is to do, help customers. At our store, anybody that comes in will be greeted and asked if they need any help. If they say no we make sure to say well, if you need any help or have any questions let me know. The managers cannot help these employees improve if they don't know they are being rude. And if the managers don't care, take it above them! Help us improve the company! I hope you all will give us a chance and realize we really are here to serve you. The main goal is customer satisfaction.

We gettin a new Petsenser in Dayton, I think it be a great store. I went to it and it was a nice place. Eveyone shoud go there. So get you dog and get him washed. My big dog Big BQ is gunna give the luv to the new store.

We love our Petsense in Palestine. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Yes, some of the items are a little higher than Wal-Mart, but I don't mind paying a little extra because PetSense is a huge supporter of our local animal shelter. They even installed cages in the store to adopt out homeless cats for the shelter! I hope they are here to stay.
