Caldwell is the House Majority Leader, not the Minority Leader.

Unless the Star-Bulletin is either psychic or engaging in wishful thinking.

The legislature is going to have to decide if funding the council to the tune of $2 million is a wise investment. Sounds awfully high for a council.
