Neighbors concerned that Wiccan is sex offender

A Greenfield Drive man's plans to hold a Wiccan autumn celebration at his home last month never materialized, but his neighbors are still concerned about the intended use of the home he is building, especially after learning that he is listed on the state's Sex Offender Registry.
