Not taken the cross down is exactly what the FFRF need to establish their case, that and the fact they used city council funding and manpower to maintain the cross, which they city admits too. Everytime someone says keep the cross and go to court at any cost I cringe wondering if this person understands, if the cross comes down Monday, that Tuesday it can be put back up under private funding…and for this you want our city council to pay over 100,000 in libel damages. Pffff get real
I say don't pay the FFRF money whores a dime and take down the cross only to reestablish it under private funding of the jaycee.
City coucil can't fund any type of religion but people can. Do it right and keep the CROSS

Another Special forces want-to-be a lot of them down there claiming this and that, Just tell the store owners not to let them in and they will go back home to figure out another scam.
