my wife and i both got tattoos from karma. i got a sun on my shoulder (excellent shading) and my wife got a large palm tree and beach pic by flow. both artists did and awesome job and we are actually planning on going back soon because all the other shops we tried the other night were rude and too pricey. now when i say pricey i say that in respect to the fact that im from ohio where they are cheaper and here being a tourist location obviously the prices will be higher. but like karmas sign says a good tattoo is not cheap and a cheap tattoo is not good. maybe you should have thought harder for a better pic... tattoos ARE permanent you know lmao

Gotta say I disagree with all the post about Flow being a great artist. Me and my bro went up in there and first of all he was rude, made rude comments about what tat I wanted, then tried charge me $200. I wont go back there again because of that dude...sorry man

Say what you want......tattoos will not cause you to lose your job, but they will keep you from getting a good job.

Tattoos make one look dirty, like they need a good bath.

No artists in Myrtle Beach are great. It was just legalized in the state in 2006, how could anyone be great at tattooing. Mediocre is the best you'll get in Myrtle Beach. All these shops on seaboard are hack dives. They all work together and artists jump all around. My suggestion is to go to Atlanta GA.

If you look at tattoomyrtlebeach.com , the site for Karma Tattoo comes up. They say they can accomodate any style of tattoo but that just isnt true. I had lots of work done by Chris Abraham and i must have been set on stupid to have done that. The work was sub par and overpriced. They have a new artist there now whos work seems decent as he has tattooed elsewhere besides myrtle beach. John from Denver, NC is right on. There are no good artists in myrtle beach and they all are hack dives. Do not get tattooed in myrtle beach and especially by karma tattoo.

Avoid Karma Tattoo and any of the places on the seaboard strip. That is where the tourists go to bargain for tats like its Mexico or something. Chris Abraham can not draw, he is a trace and cut artist who prefers 100 cheap and easy tattoos to a few quality time consuming challenging pieces. He is bossy and rude and the area itself is definately not safe at night. AVOID Go to the big cities and locate real talented artists.

I will have to say, my girlfriend and I are from Greenville and were down for vacation. We walked in not really knowing what we wanted. The staff was very customer service friendly and helpful. We both received awesome ink and would come back again for more!

If I can't draw why did you keep coming to get more work or so you claim. Just another jerk off hater that seem to pop up when you are doing something you love. I have had stuff in magazines and custom art is what we do. Do this come by the shop so I can see ur art. I am sure that won't happen. Bash someone else. Better yet get a life.

While visiting MB my husband and i went into karma tattos. We met Miquel and Kevin. I had a tat on my back that was horrible. Everywhere eles i have been said that in order to fix it i would have to come in sessions to get it covered. Once miquel looked at it he said no problem and asked what i wanted to covdr it with. I said an angel of course and he said no problem. He scetched out a beautiful one and asked if i would like that and i said oh yeah. He got all prepared and was very professional but also extremly friendly. Once he start on me i thought wow this isnt the pain i was expecting at all for the first one hurt so bad i screamed! It didnt take him long at all without a great deal of pain and now i have the most beautiful angel i have ever seen on my back. Miquel ur the bomb man! If ur still there next year ill be seeing u again for another peice of ur wonderful art! Thanks so much! Ill never forget u man!

So awesome that you're the only person on the whole site that ever has a thing to say about them. You make it really obvious who you are.

If you were any good at all, why isn't anyone else ANYWHERE talking about you? Instead you simply try to pirate conversations about other, established places with a good track record.

Face it, you suck, and I was right; you'll be out of business by the end of the season. Nobody wants to work for an overpriced guy that acts like a jerk to other businesses in the area, has no local track record, and has a massive overhead because they got too big a building for their own good. I can only imagine how you are overcharging your customers to pay that rent.

Nobody's talking about you and nobody cares about you, and butting in on an established conversation about other places isn't doing you any favors.
