So, a total of 24 people found this scumbag guilty and he still tries to get away with it. Unbelievable. Oh,
let me guess, he's innocent.

maybe if prosecutors and judges actually followed all the laws instead of following just the ones that they want there would be less false convictions and appeals to be overturned.

Is it the Prosecutor's and Judge's fault that this pig wanted to sexually assault two girls? I guess for you it is easier to blame it on the legal system rather than blame those responsible.

well seems like people make up their minds from only a tiny bit of information. ever stop to think about why he got new trials. what did 12 sepreme court judges see in the cases that they felt this man needed new trials. the only thing you people know is what u read in this article, i think they left out the facts that during this sleepover there was another adult in the house and a total of 6 kids. so how was he supposed to do things to these kids while there were that many people AWAKE in the house with him. Oh and another bit of information not mentioned in the article or the trials is that it was 1 WEEK after he broke things off with the child's mother that he was accused of this and he was also sleeping with the other mother then went back to his wife. CAN YOU SAY WOMAN SCORNED? Just think this could have happened to any of u. He pled guilty so he could get home to his wife and kids. He may have cheated on his wife with those women but did he really deserve to lose his freedom for it? Also a bit more info not given. The kids NEVER EVER SAID HE DID ANYTHING TO THEM, IT WAS THE MOTHERS THAT DID

took the plea bargain so he can go home and seen his kids he hasnt seen in several years sooner before they were 16 and see them grow up rather then wait 15-30 yrs in prison and see them when they are all grown with families themselves. its obvious reason why. whats even worse some psycho can go and kill 5 or more people and plead insantiy and not goto prison while people on lesser crimes like this face 30-45 yers in prison.. that makes alot of sense

You're right about one thing. Regarding these "lesser crimes", if one is convicted and there is NO doubt of their guilt, they should not get jail time. A bullet to the brain right out back of the courthouse would be much more appropriate.

I hate to say it but I agree 100%.

If it were my children, my husband probably wouldn't let them get that far. ; ) Sexual offenders are some of the lowest of low.

to save his family the pain of all this. and after being wrongfully convicted 2 times in such a small county what are the chances of having a fair trial? just think you all said guilty and name called after only reading what the d.a wanted you to know. what would a jury think? in the long run he wanted to spare his family the pain of trial after trial and would rather spend 5 years in prison for something he didn't do than 14 years. how would you feel if u were in his shoes?

the problem now is that you never know if people really did the crime they are being accused its come out too many times that nothing ever happened. children and adults say things and don't relize what they said in anger would get so outa hand and then one lie turns into a hundred and now the mothers face jail time if they say they lied. i agree also if my children would be hurt the person would never see a courtroom only me and thats the last thing they would see. the kids that are being talked about in this case were sent back to the house of the man the mothers accused so he could babysit them for their mother even after they called the police. would you send your children next door to the man u said touched them? me i would have killed him the second my child said something happend

Do you actually believe that pleading guilty will bring less pain to his family? His convictions were overturned because of technicalities: not because he was innocent. Found guilty twice and plead guilty once = guilty pedophile that will receive special attention in prison. What good will it do his family when he gets out of prison and has to register as a sex offender?

it matters cause his family will not have to possibly go through another trial and his kids will not have to grow up without him. he will be back in his home with his wife and kids. he can be there for the doctors visits,sickness,heartbreaks,sc hool work and whatever else that may come with kids. His wife knows for a fact that he did not do this for the fact that she was one of the ADULTS in the house when this "happened". at least now they can raise their kids together again. Doesn't really matter much to other people since they know nothing about the case. Media tells u what they want you to know. by the way if you are so worried about this case it is public record go see for yourself. Its right there in black and white but u people as the jury see it had to do with kids and closed your mind. i blame the jury and judge more since they made up their minds with the evidences pointing to him not doing it.

there is nothing to do since nothing was done to them. they will have emotional scars from what their mothers are doing to them.since my last post new information has come out and he may have taken a plea but the plea doesn't matter since he will be coming home cleared of all charges. lets just say children will say what their mothers want them to but only for so long.then the trueth comes out
