Meanwhile the billion dollar gas industry gets off without any taxes while the state of PA is in a 'financial crisis', It doesn't make any sense. So much for shared sacrifice.

Nice try Governor Corporate. You turned Pennsylvania into a welfare state spending more taxpayer money on welfare then the state does on educationing kids.

You gave $70 million dollars in tax cuts to corporations in the same budget that you cut money from public schools.

The Republicans privately owned charter school bill is unconstitutional and you should be impeached for not abiding by your sworn oath to uphold the document.

You afraid to tax gas drillers because they won't give you anymore campaign money for your next election run.

Governor Corporate is pathetic.

Not a word about the $70 million dollars that Governor Corporate took from public education to handout more Republican corporate welfare.

Shared sacrifice only includes the middleclass worker in a Republican led state.

Private free market profits using socialist taxpayer government mandated dollars.

Why is Governor Corbett and his Republican legislature mandating that every taxpayer purchase private unconstitutional schooling for every child going to school in Pennsylvania.

It's Obama education in Pennsylvania.

I wonder if the loud mouth sleeping giant Katy Abrams was in Myerstown yelling in Governor Corbett's face that she wanted her state back from Corbett's unconstitutional private charter school bill ?

I guessing not.

stimulus money was supposed to be spent for "shovel-ready" long-term projects, not items like salaries and gasoline.

The Gov. is an absolute moron. Most of Pennsylvanian's stimulus money was allocated to education to pay teachers salaries and save jobs.

Was Corbett even born in this country ?

He also advocated "stopping the master's bump," which he said in some districts gives teachers who earn master's degrees a pay increase of $20,000.

SO MY KIDS AREN'T GOING TO BE TAUGHT BY PEOPLE WITH MASTER'S DEGREES? ARE YOU OUT OF YOUR MIND? THE EDUCATORS THEMSELVES ARE BEING DISSUADED FROM GETTING ADVANCED DEGREES IN WHAT THEY TEACH?

Is this white haired idiot on CRACK?

Maybe we shouldn't financially reward doctors for continuing THEIR training either. I'm sure they probably don't learn anything new in those "pointless" training sessions they attend about new techniques and treatments.

In fact, we should just abolish master's degrees altogether. And doctorates. Forget them - I'm sure they are a giant waste of time.

I'm no expert, so I don't think anyone else needs to be either!

Yeah, education run by educated educators is definitely a bad idea, Tommy Boy. WHAT AN IDIOT.

Guess Which Company Paid $0 in Taxes on $14.2 Billion in Profits? Hint: Its CEO Works for Obama

Liberals have a very odd view of how tax policy should work. Of course they go on and on railing against “the rich” and “the big corporations” while giving a pass to G.E.

No mystery here is there, we all know liberalism is a mental disorder....

The Lantern Lodge.

Gee. What a shock that the Mutual Admiration Society of Lebanon would meet at that snobatorium instead of someplace in the CITY that could use the income.

I guess they were afraid that seeing Chico, his old and their 7 kids would put them off their caviar.

Hey Gov Cornbutt, taking money away from education while giving tax breaks to companies who WANT OUR resources is your idea of fiscal responsibility? Really? What will you do for an encore? Take food away from starving kids while making sure that your corporate pals get free luncheons you can attend with your little pie charts?

Obama gave 2 Billion dollars of tax payer's money to Petrobas a Brazilian oil company. Why? Because his patron Soros is a huge stockholder. Obama is strangling domestic energy (especially oil) production. Why? It pushes up the price of oil. Obama sits idly by while the middle east burns, or signs on to a war which will guarantee that Libya’s production will remain offline for as long as possible. Why? See the last answer. Can you imagine what kind of money Soros is making off oil at $100 per barrel?
