Redneck??? How about a man that is man enough to admit his mistakes and try to repair his marriage! There is noting "redneck" about that. I've made more than my share of mistakes in my 11 years of marriage and sometimes you've got to admit your mistakes, ask forgiveness and move on something like what Christ expects us to do to be saved.

How many other men would publicly display a sign that states "I love my wife" ? Very few! At least this man has the courage to do something a little out of the box to win his love, trust, respect back from his wife. Redneck or not, I think it is admirable.

Loves his wife or not, this is a tacky gesture ... it's actually worse than the men who drive around with the "I Heart My Wife" bumper stickers on the back of their Ford Rangers. lol.

I would much rather see more stories like this one instead of the sadness and depressing news we typically see. I hope he wins her back as well! I am just 2 1/2 weeks from my first anniversary. I pray they can work it out and last for another 60-70 yrs as husband and wife!

Jan, yes, you pegged me ... I am jealous of the hillybilly with the "I LOVE MY WIFE" posterboard standing on the side of the road. Why can't my husband prove his love to me in such ways? My husband only does lame things like tell me he loves me, treats me with respect, makes me laugh, supports me, etc etc etc ... I guess I'd be SOOO much better off if he'd stand on a street corner holding a sign for me.

Maybe if things don't work out between him and his wife, you could go be his woman ... sounds like you two would be two peas in a pod.
