I am very concerned with all the BS you seem to be so sure of being facts. First off, lets back up to your comments about Leeanns home life, She didn't have the happy life "DAN" lets on she had. She was living with some very sick people that when the details of what they do behind closed doors surface they wont show their face as the perfect role model.Leeann doesnt need locked up for life she needs help dealing with all the stuff she has been thru in last 10 years. Its funny how the system looks at people with money differently than people with morals.AM I RIGHT DAN???

the only facts i claim to know came from somebody in the room when it happened for sure in the room i am positive that with all he knows there is no way its bs the three people arrested were defidently in the room when she died/or at least there in and out while it happened and they were in the same house sleeping when the police arrived shortly after the body was found and evidence was all over the house and as to dans claim that it was a happy life i have no idea i only knew of leann since about 6 or 7 months ago and i do believe these were kids if thier parent or somebody had them at home this wouldn't of happened except leann was home and even if sassy had been home then it probaly would of happened.and honestly i only know what i was told and i have stated that several times.and about them doing life i don't have a concrete opinion about that they do need counciling MAJORLY i think though.

I have a few questions that maybe you haven't thought about. First off if the witness as you claim was there how come they didn't do anything to stop this and you can't tell me they didn't have any options there were atleast 4 cell phones and a land line phone and how many doors they could have went out. Maybe your witness had something to gain from this. Or maybe they were involved and put the blame on other people.Or are you the witness?? Second as far as Dan He has custody of Leeann and for the last year while she has been a runaway he knew where she was and NEVER made an attempt to go get her. Now all the sudden he wants to be Father of the year and wants people to feel sorry for him cause he loves Leeann so much.As far as if "Sassy" as you call her was out I know for a fact this would not have happened and I know that whoever is driving her car and using her cell phone would definately not be doing this. Could you be that person that is trying so hard to be the new Sassy?? HMMM kind of makes a person wonder doesn't it???????

As far as being the new "sassy" i wouldn't even if you paid me i never even let her in my house i try not to associate with those people whenever possible and from what i heard she is wanted for murder out of utah.I did state that i have to wonder if the witness had any thing to do with it they seem to be acting very strange and none of this surprises me that they might of been involved and if you think i haven't called the detectives several times to ask why the witness statement changes you're WRONG!!! i have tried to find out why charges haven't been filed against them but nobody wants to hear me.Every time the witness talks to them i expect charges to be filed- accesory something but no nothing so i don't know and why the police are letting them drive sassy's vehicle around is a mystery but the cell phone is off now.The whole situation is messed up and why aren't the girls implicating the witness???But maybe the DA doesn't have enough evidence to file on the witness.From what i understand there were at least 3 vehicles left people are driving around. But seriously I don't even do drugs the witness is the only reason i know anything and after i freaked out on them about how stupid this was and how they could of been a part of it they are hiding from me now as well as everyone else.And in my opinion they aren't trying to be the new sassy i don't know what they are doing except staying far from anyone who knew sassy and staying away from those of us that don't think its cool to rob and kill and be smoked out.

I guess for someone that doesn't know Sassy and doesn't associate with "those kind of people" you sure are on top of things. You seem to have alot of information on details that were not ever mentioned other than to family members. The other thing you fail to mention is that Gary was involved. You put it off that it was Leeann and Nicolette but what about Gary? And you know so much about the people living in the house prior to this you fail to mention Dino. What is the deal there? Are you not aware that Sassy and Dino were a couple?? She didn't work for him like ALL the other women did. How do you know the cell phone is off unless you call it and if thats the case you must have had some connection to Sassy because I wouldn't just call someone's cell phone if I didn't associate with them. Lastly, the bond for Sassy was never the amount you wrote.... It was only 40500. So if you want to compare facts get them straight because we too have been talking to the detectives.

To Nicolettes cousin~~~ If you believe in Nicolette being innocent than until they are proven guilty she is innocent after all last time I checked we do live in America. I do not believe parents should be blamed in a childs decissions EXPECIALLY if that child hasn't spent their life in the same house. If its true that her mother had been locked up for a while than her mother was not the one to blame. Not only that at 16 kids are old enough to know right from wrong and they make their own decissions from there. Even my 3 year old is able to make decissions with out me saying yes or no I am there to guide her,but she makes the choice.

Stop and read what you wrote I am confused on this...you say they were in the room when it happened and then you say they were in and out when she died I don't see how the police can arrest them for murder if they were just there. You don't seem too sure of your story to me. Ask yourselves if it was your child,neice,friend,or neighbor how would you feel. Same for the victims family, ask yourself how would you feel if it was your daughter or mother or aunt or sister that was murdered. I would want to be positive on who actually did it rather than accuse some 16 year olds of being children of drug addicts and trying to put blame on their parents.

guess i failed to mention dino bc he was in jail at the time and really had nothing to do with this he even had his own house what a wonderful couple they are except you fail to mention that sassy left his ass in a motel with nothing but a loaded gun and then proceded to send the police over oh and i guess every time he beat her up that was love too why is it you think that i'm calling the phone to talk to sassy she is in jail so guess its not her i'm calling and you still fail to mention other people that were involved and "those kind of people " the kind that don't have real jobs carry guns sell drugs hurt people yeah i try to not associate with them.And i've never even been in the house so whatever -i post what i've been told if you read what i post you would know that so instead of being so defensive and having such an angry attitude that only you know things and you know whats true seems to me that you aren't even in this state so how would you even know sh*t about that night except what you've heard.And i never said i wasn't a family member so don't assume anything i could be ANYONE!!!!

I have read all your comments and i feel for all the people who love the people who committed this crime OH YEAH IT WAS A CRIME AND THERE IS A VICTIM HERE SOMEHOW NO ONE MENTIONS HER - HER NAME WAS CINDY FORREST AND SHE PROBABLY HAD SOMEONE WHO LOVED HER TOO!!!!!!Dont think i don't understand the denial that someone feels when someone they love does the unspeakable and the oh if they had had a better childhood and they were there but didn't DO ANYTHING ,THATS THE POINT THEY DIDN'T DO ANYTHING ...TO STOP IT AND SAVE CINDY FORREST'S LIFE SO DOES ANYONE CARE ABOUT THE FACT A WOMEN DIED AND THEY THREW HER AWAY LIKE GARBAGE so see even if these girls had no part they are guilty of being there and not stopping it and the fact that they were sleeping in the house when arrested ...obviously didn't disturb them enough to call police or even keep them awake GLAD THEY WERE ABLE TO NOT LOSE SLEEP OVER IT

I am not as defensive as you seem to think I do agree they need punished IF they were the only ones to do this.The key word there is IF. I am miles away and No I wasn't there when it happened. As far as Sassy and Dino's relationship they have been together how long and they did have a strange relationship but don't forget Sassy was in jail at the same time Dino was. They were arrested together. As I have said before YOU seem to know alot of things that have not been released and all I was doing was voicing my opinion on the things I know.

Yes Cindy was the victim and she does have family here in OHIO and yes they did love her an she will miss alot but no amount of prison time will ever bring her back but if her death causes the people that commited it to get the proper help they need then atleast she won't have died in vain. By trying to send them to prison for life you are only creating more problems.And if there were more than these 3 there than maybe more than these 3 should be punished and helped.

Leeann was found and Dan said LEAVE HER THERE I DON"T WANT HER BACK! That is in the sheriffs report from when they contacted him and Leeann was also contacted. They knew she was at her mothers and he said she would run again so he never persued it. I have to ask what was so bad she felt she needed to leave??
