21 year old beating up on a 12 year old

a certain 21 yr old beat up on my 12 yr old duaghter because she thought my daughter was trying to get with her 16 yr old boyfriend, but in reality he and his sister play basketball with my daughter. so far she has served jail time from around May 26th to July 6th. in this mother's opinion, that's not enough. now she is wanting a jury trial. and because of that reason this case keeps dragging out. please comment so that people will see this and know that every child deserves justice and maybe we can get this trial up and moving. i pray that no one has to suffer the way our family has suffered because of this tragic incident.

i am truely disgusted that our legal system has fallen so harshly. you sound like a loving and wonderful mother. if i were in your situation that 21 year old would need a full time bodyguard. and what is a 21 year old doing dating a 16 year old? what do they even have in common?

I'm the grandmother of the 12 yr old, and when we see that girl she has to make laughing remarks at her,point at her.She gets scared because that girl is so huge! She is an adult she needs to act like one and she has a child of her own I wonder how she treats that one. She needs a huge fine and go to counseling on parenting and anger management and have probation time.If it was a mother that hit her own child they would have called D.H.S.
