Frontier Internet outage reported in Muskegon area

Frontier customers in the Muskegon area are experiencing an Internet service outage.

Frontier still has not restored Internet service to areas south of Coldwater, which are served by Muskegon. I think it's a great disservice to the community to report that everything's fixed when it's not. This is Monday afternoon, October 31, 2011, and I have NOT had ANY Internet service since last Tuesday at 11 p.m.
