The name John Engler comes to mind. What a twist on definitions, tax increase vs. spending cuts. We all know the way to prosperity is through placing a greater burden on the lower income people. Its working so well for the federal government, we now will expand it to the State of Michigan. Just a glimpse of whats a head.
