I hope so as all those aposed will comtinue to live in a community with financially struggleing schools as well as a hold on any reputable restaurants comong in to the city to drive revenue. Apparently voters that say no want to continue to feed littleville russellvilles tax money to put towards god knows what. Simply put..... ignorant.
