I got punched in the head by a cop from riverside. They are corrupt. 118.1 and assault. But who enforces the law when the police are the criminals?

And they release people and rearrest them to bypass time limit laws. Plus you can't make phone calls if they dont give you a pin number.

I also was a victim of police brutality in Temecula. I was kicked to the ground, jumped upon, kneed in the kidney, and my arms were twisted and cuffed together at the elbows. The traffic stop was made because I was speeding - I have no other tickets or warrents. I am afraid to complain because I can see that the cops here are not honest at all, so how would it benefit to fight about it?

Good Cops!!

My eighteen year old was pulled over for some thing he apparently did incorrectly, Yes, he was a little upset. However, he treated the officer with respect, he is well groomed, he wears cloth's that fit, no visible piercings, and was let go with just a warning. Why, because there are thousands of great officer's on our streets. We thank Murrieta and Temecula PD.

No one, we filed complaints and it is a blue wall. The audio and video show that there was a conspiracy. We are still trying. Please write your attorney general, and our goverment agencies. Per channel 3 news the DA and Attorney General are being investigated by Grand Jury. Go to youtube to see what it says.
Nye Frank, Family alledges the Sheriff planted story of a mutual combat
Ty Reddish neck
Banning, Riverside County CA
Sheriff department say it was a mutual combat. The only witness there said she never saw Nye hit Ty. Ty has a history of being combative. Nye has zero history of fighting, zero problems with police. He worked hard all his life to have a good reputation. Prosecutor Daima Calhoun was at the homicide site to interview both Ty Reddish and Lee Frank. Both the Sheriff and Prosecutor Calhoun failed to order a drug test. Ty was on probation at the time and part of that was to submit to drug test. There also was of another ex prosecutor of Banning family at the site friends of Reddish family. In audio the father right before meeting Calhoun states how his friend Brian Floyd told him what to say so it would be mutual combat. Ty in video bends down thinking he is avoiding recording and says " should I say how I used these wrestling moves and choked the old guy? " The officers laugh with him.

This person is obviously a "perp" - one of the criminals that the illegal and felonious "police street teams" - a nice name for organized stalking and harassing cop teams - recruits to do its dirty work. Most of the perps think it's cool to harass innocent people, spy on them, tail them, and cause anguish and fear, while being protected by corrupt cops. This perp is trying to distract the readers from the real issue. I've heard the perps are recruited by ego- boosting and being told they are quasi-undercover agents. In reality, they are traitors and violators of civil liberties protected by the constitution and belong in jail, along with the corrupt cops. It's all a sick game the victims have been working on exposing for years. If anyone has any inside information regarding other incentives, such as drugs or money being given as a reward for participating in this crime ring, please post here unanimously. Victims are elated this topix was posted to give them the support they need to prosecute. Many blessings to all who work for the Good of humanity, Vajra Master Zenren Dede

The Southwest detention center is an absolute joke. My brother got detained for a petty crime and yet no one has let us talk to him for almost 5 days now. They are telling us different stories and giving us the runaround. The deputies there are clueless and have an attitude against anyone including innocent family members.

Oh please! Spare me the victim routine. Hmmm...I wonder what you could've been doing at the time he allegedly "punched" you in the head. Just like with any other profession there is good and bad. If the public only knew what kind of standards we are really held to, they would puke. Why do you think well over 3/4 of the people that apply to RSO never get hired? I'll tell you why; BECAUSE THEY CAN'T EVEN PASS A BASIC BACKGROUND. So instead of sniveling about how we're all corrupt and your rights have been violated, why don't you go out on a limb every once in a great while and thank an officer for protecting your whining, sorry behind? Enough said.

It may interest any readers that the Riverside County sheriffs Temecula station had a major corruption case occur and its still on-going. A special station team ( SEU ) street enforcement unit which was created to do good for the community, was found to have major corruption charges investigated in the months of March-July of 2007. So much bad stuff was going on that the entire unit and its Sargeant was disbanded and the Sargeant was removed from his position and walked out from the station. This did not make headline news because that is what Temecula politics hides from its community. Well we all need to know such corrupt police activity, such as this.. if a police units gets canned and under department investigation and a police sargeant that is responsible for the team and our safety and is found to be corrupt and is fired from temecula station.... Duh... dont you think we would need to know about it! For any reader that has been harrassed or treated poorly by temecula police officers should report any and all poor and unprofesstional behavior ASAP to the station and file a complaint. This is a good community and its poloce should be the same !
It is very sad and true, and i am a victum of Temecula police abuse activities. Please send me
proper complaint form to be filed , for Winchester Rd Sherif station. It's ongoing endless

This state of affairs will continue until people assume responsibility for their own safety and welfare. If we rely completely on someone else to provide a safe environment for us, then we forfeit our self autonomy and we let a group of armed individuals assume the power to end our freedom or life.
The cop mentality is one of delusion that since there are some many laws in existence, any body can be stopped at any time without a reason. The reason can be found later.
Temecula needs a citizen group to monitor police activity. Remember they work for you. You can fire them. Problem is that they are he ones with the guns and they do not like anyone else to have them.
BIGGER ISSUE is BLACKWATER! If we think we have problems now, wait to see what happens if we allow BLACKWATER to set up training facilities amongst us. They are trying to come into San Diego.
Does the U.S.Constitution not say that we must not allow private armies or militias on our soil?
WHAT GIVES?!
If you decent citizens want to do something patriotic, then GET RID OF BLACKWATER. They are ripping our soldiers and taxpayers off!
With complete IMMUNITY.

Sheriffs departments all over are corrupt, do not have the citizens' best interests at heart, and do not care that everyone knows that they are not any better than the people they are supposed to keep away from us. They refuse to accept that we are the people who pay their salaries and have the right to tell them how we want our laws enforced. THEY WORK FOR US, THUS THE TITLE "PUBLIC SERVANT". Look at Corona in Orange County for example (and he had the audacity to ask for probation? How about some good old western justice, ha? Let's bring back the noose!), his is not an isolated case. Everyone in the sheriffs departments IS corrupt.
Part of the reason why the Sheriffs department personnel become so jaded and uncaring is that they spend the first two years of their careers as jailers. They are forced to LIVE in jail for this extended period of time and after a while they loose contact with the good people, the honest citizens, and they start to view everyone inside or outside as prisoners. The other reason is that since there are so many laws on the books, the police thinks that they do not need probable cause to stop/arrest anyone; they can always tag or plant something to incriminate the person as the need arises. It's a shame that the people that we are supposed to trust are so undeserving of our support. There must be a committee to police the police, made up of citizens, and we should not accept any self-investigations by any law enforcements group. The people who have the power to take our freedom and/or life away must be held to a higher standard.
Sad but true

I admire your advice to report abuse to the Station ASAP. TPD and RSD are no different then the mobsters they pretend they are. You report one, and I will promise there will be retribution from these criminals.

We need this to happen to more city officials or even 1 honest cop could make a difference. I don't hold out much hope for either scenario. When the corruption begins at the top, hard to keep it from rolling down hill.

Perhaps we need a recall of the Mayor and the entire City Council??

I was speeding and pulled over on Rancho Calif Rd. The Sheriff kicked, punched and yanked me around, even though I was cooperating with him. I ended up in the hospital. He and a CHP both wrote reports to back each other up that we totally fictional in an effort to charge me with attempted evasion. This was the first time in my life that I was ever stopped by the police. I was very lucky that I didn't land in jail for a long time based on the nonsense that they put together. It was also lucky that my injuries finally healed - it took over a year. It cost me a lot of money to get it all straightened out legally and medically. I was terrorized by them. The only reason I didn't pursue suing the City is I could see how corrupt they are and I was afraid they would make my life miserable or maybe hurt me again. I will never trust the police again in my life.

When is everyone going to realize that law enforcement has become corrupt all over. We have given a group of people (just like us) the right to take our lives and freedoms away and we do not have any systems in place to police their abusive behavior. It is abusive because, as it was proven in the UCLA study, many years ago, when a group of people are given COMPLETE authority over all others, they WILL become abusive unless they are STRICTLY regulated.
How can we allow police departments to self investigate?
We MUST set up Citizen Review Boards compiled from regular "everyday" people who will not buckle to police pressure (harassment via tickets, unreasonable stops, beatings, etc.)and set up strict rules for the police to go by.
We pay their salaries, we tell them how to police us, and WE punish their rogue behavior.
Law enforcement in this country has gotten out of hand because all policemen have the need to build their lack of self-esteem by bullying those who can not defend themselves against them.
Anything can constitute "resisting arrest", "not complying with an officer", etc. What the hell, are they above the law? WE DO NOT THINK SO! Right?
Let's go people assume personal responsibility for your own protection so hat we do not have to hire goons to abuse us.
And ABOVE ALL, we must stop Blackwater, now called XE from spreading throughout our country. These criminal mercenaries have no place in civilized society. If they start training police personnel, as they are intending to do in San Diego, it won't be long before we have military presence on our streets and our few remaining rights taken away.
Mercy on us all!
