What Sign Holders (HDs) Really Think

Working for Media Nation has been--ok but here's some advice to a certain PM:
A good PM (project manager) doesn't go around trying to get ppl fired or SABOTAGE someone else's chances in a promotion!=;
The way I see it, the PM is suppose to work with the employee to make things work. Gotta tell you, the more ppl you lie to and piss off, the more they will NOT believe what you tell them, even if it is true. They won't be able to trust your word or trust you./:)
A good PM works with the employee, he/she should NOT yell at the worker using curse words. That's a lack of class and you shouldn't have that position if you're going to be an A-hole towards others.:P
In the months when there is extreme HEAT or cold, you should be sympathetic to how others feel. Last year there were several ppl on the brink of heat strokes, & I believe one fainted!! Why? Because of lack of understanding on how hard it is for all the ppl who have to stand out there in the heat!! If you don't want the company to get sued, let employees take a small break if the weather is extreme!! REALLY? I believe in balance. Balance brings harmony in the work place no matter what your job is. BALANCE is the key word here. So far I've seen no females employees not since last year; I believe they quit. Probably went to work for the competition. LOL.
In addition, there are no women PMs. Haven't seen any. I don't know if it's just in the area I work in but, all males is not good. It's called discrimination. Again, that's a lack of balance. Learn balance and everything will smooth evening./:) That's all I have to say.

BTW< In a scale of 1-5 I give this company a 4. The company is not the problem, it's who they make managers, is. The area manager has no people skills! She talks to the employees like crap, she has control issues and truly should NOT be an area manager. HOW she got the position, well probably by back stabbing, and kissing ass. Much like our current PM, the one who has been our project manager in Menifee for the past few week!! He is such a back stabber, damn Jabba the Hut.
Personally, he should take care of his health./:)
He seriously needs to lose weight. The prominent veins on his legs signify poor circulation. He needs to get on an exercise program. Badly!
Overall, the company itself, is not the problem ,it is the managers who run things. More and more of their workers will quit if they keep treating them like shit.=;

One last thing I must add: PM's should be at the office to make sure everyone picks up their signs. Text or call HDs when he/she will be coming by to take their pic. It's called 'GOOD communication skills' between management & employee. In addition, a PM should be at the sales office no LATER than 5 minutes PRIOR to the time the shift ends to make sure everyone turns in their signs!! Period.
I speak for all the sign holders in the Menifee area: we prefer the previous PM to the one now.
