First off, God bless this poor young woman. Her family too.

Can't wait to hear the defense lawyer get her killer off on a technicality. Wonderful CA court system.

Lesson learned here? Protect yourself, don't rely on anyone else. Doesn't matter if it's domestic violence or not. You are responsible for you.

If this young woman kept a handgun in her purse or on her person, she might have had a chance to protect herself. Oh, we couldn't let people protect themselves. That's the government's job!

Guns are de facto banned in this CA because they can kill people - such as a guy who's about to stab you to death...liberal logic for you. Here's some more:

Why don't liberals ban knives? We know knives kill. How about cars? People are killed in them everyday. Should also ban aircraft, seeing as an aircraft just killed 50 people in Buffalo, NY. Gotta ban food, people choke to death everyday too. While they're at it, just ban LIFE itself... after all, it's the only way to guarantee no one ever dies, right?

The sane people of California need to get off their spineless, self-absorbed behinds and vote for our Constitutionally derived rights to be restored... you know, like honoring the will of The People after voting on a State referendum.

May this young woman's tragic death inspire you to take political action before the next defenseless person you are reading about having been killed is your family member.

I knew both of these people. Don't give your opinion when you don't know anything about either of them.
God Bless Bipsy AND God bless Michael's family as well. It wasn't only HER family who lost a loved one.

As a general rule, nice guys don't stab to death their fiances'. So, don't expect people not to judge. Perhaps there is more to the story that you can share so that we can understand why this senseless crime occured.

hun i hate to break it to you maybe he is a nice guy when from how you know him. but to other people he killed a woman (brutally in the matter). no matter how nice he was what he did overshadowed it. he took a girl from her family and friends try telling that to them.

My heart go's out to all of you that knew the person's involved... I am a mother of 2 pre-teen girls and I shop the mall. But there is a more important point to share with the female victims family. Why didnt the cop stop the stabbing? I heard he was there watching this for a time and still didnt act! Cops are trained to act quickly and save lives ( it happens everyday ) Why. No I dont agree with the statement ( good job temecula police ) She should have been saved and since the cop was there during the stabbing, he should have done alot more then just watch. This is a bad.. it could have been our daugher, friend or sister and sadly it was someone else's. If you know the family... they should seek answer's and find an attorney. This action shows me that me and my girls are not safe at the mall in the middle of the day, where if i am attacked with a knife a temecula mall police sergeant will just stand there and watch. as a mother does anyone else think this is an fatal error?

Ash, your cousin might have been a nice guy, but he did something really not nice. I can't believe I'm even responding to such a stupid comment about someone who just killed another person being nice.
That's your family, so I understand loving them, but choice of words to describe him don't fit with the story.
I hope the rest of your family are nicer than him.

People die all of the time. Either through old age, or unfortunate events. Leave the people's families who are involved alone. They deserve that, and saying what is right or wrong at this very moment brings nobody back. It does nothing to the situation.
The sad part was, I think I was there that day when she was killed. I saw a man in cuffs, walking towards the parking garage with a police officer bringing him there. They may have had to file the report in the mall's police department, so it would seem. They would bring him to the bigger station obviously, but why not file the report and do the paper work there? Doesn't make sense.
In the end though, let it be. Whatever comes of this, will occur. No amount of discussion, as I said, will bring her back. My only hope is that people of all races, color, and (non)-religious people can come to terms with our differences. Let us be us as long as it does not harm another. Let us be us, and damn the rest. Let us be us.
Again to those affected, my heart goes out to you.

You are right, we dont know him! But as they say actions speak louder than words. This guy, your friend could have handeled the situation differently! To kill someone especially to stab someone, what kind of person is he! In my eyes he is a killer and should be punished to the highest extent!

Daily Horoscope for December 23

Pisces

Someone is in a very boisterous mood today, and you may want to make yourself scarce after a short spell in their company. Their idea of a joke may be your idea of extreme rudeness, or they could take pleasure in being argumentative just for the sake of it. Don't let this person wind you up or you'll go off pop through sheer tension.
