cameras will come down

More than likely the 15,682 voters who wanted the red light camera's removed will be able to find ways to excuse the gentlemen who have killed people by running red lights.
They can tell themselves that removing penalties for running red lights had nothing to do with these deaths.
They can keep on voting for politicians who promise to protect them from penalties for breaking silly laws like the ones that allow green-0range-red to dictate how they drive.
After all, its a free country, isn't it? We should all be 'free' to save seconds by running lights and speeding, even though these habits lead to deaths.
The judge who sided with habitual lawbreakers probably believed that a "technical detail" required him to make his decision, and the polticians who went along with him undoubtedly have found ways to excuse themselves.
Unfortunately everyone's taxes and insurance bills will be rainsed to pay the lawyers who battle on both sides of the multi-million-dollar lawsuits, not just those 15,682 voters.
