Does anyone know what all the gossip is about at this place? The owner has worked his butt off to build a nice place, and has treated the locals great. Now I'm hearing that some skank manager has had the owner removed from his own business! Everyone I know that goes there goes to see the owner, not some skank bar manager who has run off us locals! If this is true, I'll boycott the place until the skank manager is fired or they don't have enough money to pay her salary. That owner always looked out for me and my family, and he was great with the kids.

I don't know anything about this with the manager and owner, but I love that place!!! The food is always awesome!!! Although I did meet the owner a couple of times and he seemed like a great guy!! Also I doubt the manager could make the owner leave, I think the owner would tell the manager to leave if he even mentioned something like that. Yea I'm sure being a franchise the owner has certain guidelines and stuff but he owns it, and he could do as he pleases with the business!! Google them for the menu and give it a try, you won't be dissapointed!!!

I have met the owner every time I have been there. He's been over the top nice to me and my family. I have only the utmost respect fir him and his eatery.

I hope people can see through the BS and see this for what it is. Probably a skank waitress fired with a grudge starting sh!t.

I'm going to eat there tonight. I'll post my reactions to my food and service tonight when I get home. I know I won't be disappointed.

It's good, but a little pricey.

Not quite the quality of Whaler's Catch, but along those lines as a restaurant.

If you haven't tried it, you need to do so.

Have you lost your dam mind?? Whalers catch has turned into Captain D's with better tables, if you like a dollar store table cloth. We went to Whalers catch a few months ago and wow, what a disappointment! That place has gone down hill. I was disgusted big time. I will never set foot in that nasty, over priced, dollar store table cloth, bland tasting hole in the wall ever again. It used to be good I will admit, like 15 years ago. If you want the best seafood/Cajun food in the area Meo Mio's is the place. I'm just a satisfied customer. No ties to them at all. Any way Route 45 if you choose price over quality then you should stick to long John silvers!!

Sorry, but taking cuisine advice from someone that works at MacDonalds and wipes their buggers from their scotum down to their
balls is not advisable. You even give from under cheese a bad name.

Well, some of us who live in Murray actually go out to the LAKE on occasion. Ya see, 121 in Murray will actually take you out to the LAKE. You should try it! There's even a place called Paris Landing that has some marinas and restaurants not far from the LAKE.

I've been to Meo Mio and the owner Mark is a great guy. Now my friends tell me the other owner and manager have forced him off his property! Who the hell are they? This guy Mark built the place up, and now some leeches are throwing him out??? I will boycott the place till he comes back, and my friends say the will too because we all came there to see the owner. If he ain't there, we ain't going! Stick THAT in your Boudain!!!

Please let us know how it was and if ya got to see the owner Mark. He's a tall guy with beard and pny tail. He's an awesome guy and HE is the reason us locals go there. I just found out from a friend that the other owner ( a chick) and the manager (a chick) are trying to throw him out of his own place! Once again Hell hath no fury like women scorned. If they take that place from him I won't EVER go back and my friends say the same thing. That guy busted his ass to make a nice place for us to go have fun. It won't be fun without that Mark guy. Hope they prepared for a long winter!

I hope the bugs you have are not in Murray. If they
are, you are now in my coochie. I itch. I suffer. All for you and your posts and Location hidden and your nasty cartoon. You sicken me and my furry friend.

Some friends asked me to go eat there. LOL, what a let down. No where near close to true cajun food, but then again, it is in Tennessee. Oh and boudin is a common thing back home and fairly cheap. Its sold everywhere from groceries to convience stores, kind of like pickled boligna is sold everywhere here. True boudin blanc is made wit pork liver and you squeeze it out of the casing, not eat the whole boudin, lol. Boudin rouge you can not buy in restaurants or stores since its made with pig blood, but some people will sell it to you. Dont get me started on the rest of the things they sell as cajun at mio mios. Lol.
