Gov. Steve Beshear and local officials are making an industry announcement this Friday. Does anybody know what's going in there?

It's got to be something good. I noticed the railroad has been replacing dozens of crossties on their line the last few days. They wouldn't be investing considering currenly only one client uses the railroad.

Maybe they'll get off of their ass and fix the crossing at Clark's river bridge coming in from 121 south. Maybe Judge Elkins will get off his lazy ass and hold them to what they promised to do. Maybe magistrate Morgan will get off his lazy ass and represent his territory, or maybe they all need a cross tie shoved up their useless ass. Maybe the state of Ky. will get off their lazy favoritism ass and pave 121 south, instead of wasting asphalt on their buddies and their buddies slightly used pavement, ie radio road, give me a frigging break. 150 cars a day versus 1 to 3 thousand. Priority ass backwards, state taxes and county taxes just the frigging same though. Taxation without representation. JMO

Couldn't agree more!!! That railroad crossing is horrible. Wish it was smooth like the one on 80.

121 is a state road dummy. It is not Elkins, Morgan's or the county's authority.

I guess they could ask/beg the state to fix it. But I think your anger would be better focused at the state level, or maybe with the RxR. Or maybe even better yet, slow down.

No one said it was a county road...actually it was said maybe the state will pave 121S. Maybe you need to slow down and read. And it may not be Elkins, Morgans or the countys authority but they are who we go to with issues. They are the ones that we elected to represent us so it would be nice if they could help us address our issues. We could write letters to the state till our hands bleed its not gonna amount to much unless someone of authority tries to help. And I do slow down over the tracks but that's not the point here the whole damn road tracks included need to be fixed!!!

Didn't Judge Elkins threaten to sue the railway company for failure to fix the 121 crossing, about a year ago or not? You dumb ass, now bring some intellect or STFU.

So your complaint is he sits on his ass and does nothing? But he threatened to sue to get get it fixed? Sounds like he is fighting the responsible party to me. Not sure what your argument with him is. And I am the dumb ass?
