I guess the Shoemaker's didn't care to have their name brought up again, even though they are in the middle of all of Chuckles' escapades, as financial shills. They financed it up front at ICS. It looks like they are doing it again. Apparently the details of Phoenix (Harold's new venture) hit a nerve. That thread gave a lot of very detailed and very legitimate info relative to Chuckles' new ventures (where his name doesn't appear, as he mentioned here earlier). It also puts others, such as Harold and Peggy, knowingly in the middle of his fraudulent activities.

Yep, they likely used their influence to shut down a thread that hit REALLY close to home.

On the plus side; EVERY investigator here (and there are several) who is lurking has cached EVERY comment here. Chuckles and others can try to shut this discussion down. Their efforts here don't matter. Chuckles has mentioned setting up new businesses to stay ahead of this. Folks like Phoenix and Global Book Resellers are these fraudulent businesses.

I'm a total outsider here, other than living in Murray and likely knowing (no, actually knowing) many who were defrauded by Chuckles. I HATE to see my friends defrauded. My work over 30 years has always been in roughly 25 states, with less than .01 percent in Calloway county. I'm only here as this story trumps pretty much every major fraud in the country since Madoff, and it is in our nice little community.

Noticed in Ledger that another suit against Chuck was dismissed yesterday. Seems like they are getting dismissed about as fast as they are filed.
