There is plenty of this crap on here to taint it. 99% is rumors but people listen and spread it.

I new MSU would get him out of most of it. 30 days jail to be done on weekends and anger management and a diversion!

Sounds like a threat. Surely that's not what that was. Only a stupid person would do that!

It is time for people to open their eyes to the clear evidence against Zaveral. People get angry everyday, most have a superego to guide them not to commit horrendous crimes. However, Zaveral just has an oversized ego. Poor guy is not able to separate the real world and his private celebrity world that he lives in.@zayscar on twitter shows exactly how he feels about the situation. I am guessing he was beat as a child and does not understand that violence is a temporary solution to anger. He does not know that attempting to commit murder using his Monte Carlo as a weapon is wrong. His "celebrity status" requires control of his anger towards his father. However, thanks to me his celebrity status is real. Your welcome Zaveral. I made sure every sporting, news and law website received your story. I posted it to YouTube with more to come. Over 40,000 people have watched your crime on YouTube alone. I very much appreciate ESPN and YahooSports for the excellent articles. One this that has not been mentioned is the bribery made to the victims. Bribery tends to admit a great deal of guilt and is another crime in itself. ESPN will love the new video.
As far as my position on the crime and lack of punishment from both MSU and the court system, it is simple. No one gets this slap on the wrist. Not one case of the average man doing attempting to murder people over his ego and only getting weekends in jail. He should have received more time to actually experience consequences. MSU should suspend him for a year. A free education is a privilege. Playing basketball at the collegiate level is a responsibility. The responsibility to be a role model for the youth in not only your community, but to the entire country's kids. Zaveral failed to be that role model and MSU should recognize his failure and show they believe in their own code of ethics. Bench this child for a year. Let him watch. Let him learn. Possibly by next year he will be able to stand as a man, not the boy he chose to act as, and play for our Racers.
