Well here's my two cents, I like their coffee, I like their bagels and they haven't once screwed up my order. With that being said Murray apparently has some of the winiest bunch of people I have ever encountered. Bottom line....shit happens things get screwed up and people don't always meet your expectations but that does not mean you should run around crying like a little girl with a skinned knee over something so trivial. Grow up people.

Okay Kayos, how about next time your order a polo shirt online and they send you a dress. I guess that is trivial and you wouldn't say anything about it, right? I mean, shit happens and things get screwed up, right?

Exactly! I call them tell them there has been a mistake and they fix it. Problem solved. I'm not going to wine on Topix about it.

ok there douche. If they screw up your donut order then you go back up to the counter and ask for them to fix it, which they will. If somebody bangs up something you buy online then yeah, that sucks, totally different scenario. Polo shirts are best when yellow or pink, that being said, if you like polo shirts you might as well wear a dress there Sally!!!

Defeats the purpose of the drive through. Getting out and walking in is an inconvenience when your fat.

I hope this is all still relevant when virgins sacrifice themselves at the drive through shame altar in front of the store. Never have I seen so much thought about a donut shop, have you guys ever heard of a blumpkin? much better than donuts!!

Wow apparently your mother's didn't teach you the lesson if you don't have something nice to say don't say nothing at all! Not everyone that works there is felons or less educated than you ppl! Yes since we opened there has been mistakes or long waits but HELLO it takes time to get things down alot of those ppl are adjusting to their first job...so why don't u take it easy on them! Yes there has been some management changes but the kinks are getting worked out..we try our best to make our customers happy so if your order is wrong we will do our best to make it right! We value our loyal customers ans before u say anything bad yes I do work there I am one of the managers and if you feel like you have been treated wrong plz let me know I will do my best to make it right!

Its not about you dewaynesbabygurl. I have seen you on here before, always twisting the facts and diverting from the real topic. Do you not get enough attention while making donuts? Now its back to bullshit. Why don't you just be quiet, I am sure your company would not be happy to know you are part of a thread about how crappy their establishment is. You aren't really defending anything either, you just feel the need to open your mouth. I think everyone agrees that no matter how much they like Dunkin Donuts, the shop in murray sucks. It will get better though, when a fawn takes its first steps it stumbles a bit. None of this matters anyway because we are all about to shoot the fiscal cliff in a kayak made out of brittle plastic. Went in to get a frozen coffee this morning to be told that the machine was broken. Broken after a month of being open? Higly doubt it. Probably no one there that knows how to make a frozen coffee. When I first heard of Dunkin Donuts coming to Murray, I was excited. I've always enjoyed their coffee drinks and donuts. Now with all the disappointed people they have created, I hope you guys fail and lose your jobs and the store goes out completely. I guess it's back to mcds where, for some reason, they know how to make coffee drinks. Dunkin Donuts in Murray, the definition of fail.

Actually the machine was broke...someone who didn't know what they was doing took it apart to clean it and when they put it back together they put it together wrong and it snapped one of the.pieces it is up and running now and I guarantee you if you go through there they will give you a good coffee. Just know that our Espressos and cappuccino are made with real Italian expression beans so if you want it to taste like the ones that u would get at a gas station add sugar and our iced coffee is better with cream and liquid sugar..our set up is different than most places so if we know how you like your coffee down to how many sugars and how much cream we will make sure your drink is good if it is not sweet enough just ask us to add more and we would be glad too!! If you have time stop and ask them how many sugars and cream you got so you can order it and make sure it is how you like it next time. I myself let my customers know these things so they habe thier coffee just the way they like it!!!!! Btw don't be so quick to wish unemployment on someone some of us that work there bust our butts there and support our families....
