When you ask a stupid question like that what kind of answer would you expect? Numb nuts.

My answer is, your question is too stupid to answer! there is no way I could get my hands on nuclear material to build a bomb. So be real and drop the bullshiz argument for trying to step on our rights

Ok, then how about a tank? Is that OK to own by an individual? How about a bazooka? How about a rocket launcher? Surely you must have a line that you think should not be crossed? Is it OK for young thugs with no record to walk around with machine guns?

So, you don't want to answer any questions for fear of sounding like a nut. OK. That doesn't make me a nut. I'm just probing the limits of the Faux news brain.

Yes all of those are OK to be owned by an individual. But only after a very extensive background check. In fact, it is perfectly legal for someone to own any of those listed as long as proper procedure is followed and all the hoops are jumped through. Don't ever hear of any massacres that a law abiding citizen in possession of said weapons commits, do you?

Not yet, but I don't think there is any procedure for an individual to follow to assume ownership of weapons of war. You may not own your own jet fighter. You may not take your own tank and for a spin around town. But it's much cheaper to buy a gun that will kill 30 people in a few moments time, and much easier to take those same groups of people by surprise. It's all about drawing lines, and those who claim there should be no lines aren't really part of the debate, for the public recognizes them for what they are.

What are we? I'm an American who lives by the constitution & am unsure what you mean by that comment.

An individual can, in fact, own a tank. That is, if they got the dough for it.

.

I own two tanks. A blue one, and a white one with stripes. People say they aren't in style, but what do they know right.

Not unless it is disarmed.
