Gas $2.99 - It's Obama's fault!
Less than a month

Been less than a month since these little college socialist were on here trumpeting the "low" gas prices in a sarcastic manner. Seems like their favorite Kenyan might be in a little bit of trouble now. Maybe if the annointed one had an energy strategy that was aimed at something other hell bent destruction of the country, gas prices might be a little lower. Oh yeah, expect electricity shortages next year due to all the EPA shuttered coal burning power plants. Have a nice day.

In one of his books he said something about having eaten dog meat when he was a kid in Asia so it should obviously follow that he is the Antichrist, and that the end times are at hand.

Definitely. And if gas goes over $4 per gallon, society as we know it will end. Wait a minute! Society means socialism! My heads going to explode!

That is fiction. We all remember gas being over $4 per gallon during the Bush years. Only in the months before the election did it become cheap. Gas in the $3.50 to $4.50 is the norm these days. Anything else is temporary. Get used to it.
\

I quote myself to remind readers that the NORM for gas is between $3.50 and $4.50. Presidents have little to do with it.

<quoted text>The fiction being spouted is from you chump. Whoops, what happened to that 2.99 a gallon? This country better wake up and get a sensible energy policy. Anyone in Kentucky voting for the dog eater is either stupid, a leech, or both.
When Bush was in office gas was about 4 dollars a gallon. If you are stating that gas prices are the president's fault you must not have knowledge of policy makers or understand how legislation works. Do you know you state legislators or representatives. I guess that is what you are "college for life" because you ain't learned nothing boy. And oh yea...Obama will win again so just don't go to the polls if you'll be so disappointed. Someone who is calling the commander in chief a "dog eater" is one himself?

No, society does not mean socialism. Socialism is an economic system. Ask mom for a dictionary for your birthday. Good luck with your head exploding, sounds awful. On the bright side, I suspect it won't take long to clean up.

Has anyone ever heard of OPEC?.......anyway just because someone is for Obama doesn't make them a societal leach. Believe it or not everyone doesn't vote for selfish reasons, and if less di we'd be a lot better off. Personally I think Obama has dropped the ball in a lot of ways, however the prospect of an even further shift to the right is scary. Our national politics have moved so drastically to the right that the landscape would be virtually unrecognizable to the likes of an Eisenhower, a Goldwater, or a Nixon. These legends and really founders of true conservatism wouldn't be aloud in the republican party today. "Obamacare", or as it's actually called, the affordable healthcare act, is almost a carbon copy of the Nixon plan that had the support of both houses of congress and was expected to pass easily. That is before watergate happened. I realize I got way off subject here. I just don't understand how so many good hearted people that I know and respect on so many levels can support a party and an ideal that would expand and uphold the rights of made up, definitively sociopathic, made up entities like corporations, and in the same breath strip freedoms from and wealth from the people themselves. A party that feeds off fear and bigotry. A party that supports ideas like "corporations are people" and "money is speach" so corporations can give unlimited money to support candidates. Obama is not a communist, he is not a socialist. In fact by historical standards he is no more liberal than most conservatives outside of the last 20 years. Things are just a little cooky these days. Again, sorry for the tangent.

Incoherent retort. By the way, yeah is spelled with an h on the end. Yea is a different word. I am well aware that the price of gasoline was high for a relatively brief time under the Bush administration. I am not here to defend Bush. I am here to mock those which placed their Obama re-election hopes on gas less than three bucks a gallon. I could also mention the horrible unemployment numbers during ths administration, but I will save that for a different topic post. Have a good day and enjoy the federally supported town of Hopkinsville.

I find all of this sad.

It is like religion, where all good things come from god, all evil is done by the devil.

To man liberals, all good things come from Obama, all bad things come from greedy republicans and evil corporations.

The opposite is true for Conservatives.

Truth is, market forces are more powerful than any man could ever control.

$h!t happens folks, regardless of who is in office.

I know for a fact it was $1.29 in Murray at some point in 2008. Never mind the data and graphs I've shared, you must've simply ignored that.

Sorry but ... Don't be disappointed. Just don't waste your vote. LOL He is not going to win--- the party--- is too divided. He double talks on everything. He said he was not for Obama care. In an interview the next day he says he is for certain parts of Obama Care. Please sir make up your mind. If he needs Obama to give him suggestions on how to improve the USA -we will just give the Preident another four years. Sorry Gayle.
