Okay, so yes this is probably old news... But I was just wanting to know ; what really happened? I never really got the full story, but his daughter is in my grade and when I heard he got arrested I was kinda concerned. I am in no way meaning this in a mean way, or trying to start anything. I'm just curious of what went on.
LEXINGTON, KY - A Calloway County man, charged with endangering the welfare of a minor and alcohol intoxication in a public place, was set to appear in Fayette District Court in Lexington Tuesday for his pre-trial conference, only to have it continued again to July 12.
Court officials say Bradley D. Lowe was originally suppose to have his pre-trial conference on June 21.
Lowe, who is a Kentucky Department of Fish and Wildlife Resources officer, was arrested by University of Kentucky Police recently after he allegedly used his badge to bring his 15-year-old daughter in to a bar.
According to the police report, Lowe flashed his badge and said he was a Federal officer, and the girl was being used to catch an Arab sex ring. However, once inside, he became intoxicated, and when officers arrived, his daughter also had an alcoholic drink in her hand. Lowe could not follow simple directions and was very unsteady on his feet.
Lowe posted bond and was released. He is currently on paid administrative leave.
