Ok people, you can get back to your lives. Zay Jackson accepted a plea deal with Judge Clymer in Paducah. This deal will include Jackson serving 60 days in jail, have 3 years of strict probation, attend anger management classes, pay restitution and loss of driving privelages for 30 days. Like it or not the case is done.

Law abiding Americans won today. Powerful White men, and criminal black thugs lost. Screw powerful politicians, college athletic nazis, and little thugs running all over all of us. Thank God we have topics! Pressure works and topics served as the "Paul Revere" that we needed to spread the word!

Yeah and the people who kept saying he would get 6 years will undoubtedly come on here crying foul that he got off light because he was a ball player. This is the way our system works as terrible as it is. Very rarely does ANYONE get hammered for their first offense. Ball player or not, this is about the norm for first timers.

Now can we get back to talking about how Murray is going to hell now that alcohol is legal?

Not really. He got 6 years total and only is doing 60 with the rest hanging over him for the next 3. Weekly drug and Alcohol tests. If at any time he fails the judge said he would be in jail. After 3 years he is clean he'll be cleared. But he will have a Class C felnoy forever. The people he hit stood up in court and said he was getting off to easy and that they had agreed to the Felnoy deal. The judge offered it to Zay and he took it.
He also as to pay all bills relating to what happened. And they are suing him for other damages now that he's got I'm guity in court as a matter of public record.
We still have to see if MSU is going to let him play next year. So we'll see more to this story.

Yeah, we've been told to "mark it down" several times when discussing this topic. They were all wrong. You are too. Good luck with your hunting activities and I hope you are able to hang on to your coon dog. I hear that Obama wants to take him away from you.

Hope he gets his colon examined while he is in jail. How will he pay the bills? I guess he can go back to Hopkinsville and hang out with the drug dealers that robbed him and pick up a little extra cash. Time to cut bait with this thug?
